Cheers lads
Just posted on Kim Bailey thread that I never saw he had one running at Wetherby today Genuinely never saw it... Finished a close, unlucky 2nd That was lucky for me So his stats now read... 7 winners, 2 seconds, from last 10 |
By:
Knew my fate with Whizz Kid early as he was ridden conservatively as though they were still concerned about his wind. No excuses poor effort.

Well done, Reg

good thread this will contribute when i think i could have something
great stuff fron reg vwd |

The one runner at Wetherby finished second. Kim Bailey is a winner machine at the moment. Great spot Reg, The trick in getting on to a trainer with a batch of horses ready to win is to spot it early which you did.

7 wins from 11 runners since October 8.

OK lads and lassies
The Kim Bailey train rolls on today with one runner at Wincanton 3.28 Shantou Express... Early money, 10s into 7s I also fancy another one in this race as well at 8s...Express Surprise trained by Clive Boultbee Brooks On the same card another in form, and local, trainer, Neil Mulholland runs 5 today A small stakes perm for me, but the obvious one is Lord Accord in the 2.53 ridden by STD In the 2.18 he has 2, The Bold Thady, steady at 5s,but STD is on Joker de Thaix which was 20s overnight, now into 9/2 I realise overnight money is small and doesn't take much to shorten one Gl all |
By:
Correction
STD is not riding Lord Accord, Richie Mclernon is Sam riding one for his dad in the same race |

Good luck today, Reg. Following Kim's runners has certainly served you well the last few days! As for his runner today, only the stable form makes it of any interest and I much prefer your other selection in the race. Well done with Lord Accord. I like one of Mulholland's today though, in the 4.40 Wincanton. Princess T ran a nice race in Jersey LTO with a view to going for this race today. She's ran well at this course on all 4 runs (winning once) and with the going drying out all the time (Very warm and sunny where I am today in the South West) which will suit her and a decent pace on up front is pretty much guaranteed. Not a full bank job by any means but she can run well at a double figure price. Good luck chaps.

Cheers whippin
What a round of front running and jumping that was from Lord Accord Bold Thady went short in running in the 2nd as well so another stable definitely in form I did all his in small ew multiples so hope you're right about Princess T We had flood warnings in Somerset yesterday because of the torrential rain, so surprised to see Good going, but as you say, nice and warm here today Gl |

Yeah, he certainly looks better over fences this time around. It did look as if he fell out of love with chasing last season. Sage makes a good point about Trainer form. Is Nicholls about to hit form now he's put one one on the board? Personally I'd like to see one or two more of his go in for full confirmation

Cheers Brandy & Cobs. We might have been a touch fortunate with the fav falling whilst coming with a nice looking run. Thankfully he looked none the worse for his crashing fall because he looks a nice type. But PT doesn't mind a battle so it was too early to say what would have happened. And in the end she did have to battle on to get the better of the well ridden second.
Well done, Reg. And well done for keeping this thread going. |

Harry Derham the latest to unleash his well handicapped horses. 4 wins from 7 runners. Two tomorrow and two on Saturday. I don't think that the winner for Nicholls signals a sudden burst of winners. Nothing entered until Sunday.

OK, continuing the theme of following trainers in form, tomorrow...
Harry Dereham, last 4 all won Uttoxeter 1.35 Sonification 10/3 Uttoxeter 3.35 Dargiannini 9/4 Neil Mulholland 50% strike rate Uttoxeter 2.45 Ike Sport 6/1 Uttoxeter 5.05 Scorcese 25/1 Fakenham 4.20 Double Powerful 4/5, although won Wednesday so nr? Prices all Bet356 Good luck if you're playing |

Hot trainers project going well Reg! GL today.
Omaha Wish seems to have been a bit underrated by the market in the 3.10 Fak. Won nicely over CD in the summer and not too worried about the poor hurdle run last time. Willing to take on the 2 chase debutants at the head of the market and can just about get 3plcs on the Exchange. Also like Cabhfuilfungi 4.30 Utt who jumped well on his last CD run. Again think the 2 chase newcomers above it in the market look worth taking on. Also might just about get evens for 3 plcs. ![]() |

The Olly Murphy stable in good order too.
By:
Wade Out will make a very nice chaser someday
By:
I got the impression that Derham didn't think he could win with Sonification so just had a quiet run. Never really asked a serious question.
By:
Sage I normally bet the Derham ones, especially in this kind of race but left this one alone when I saw the strength of the fav in the betting. Definitely more to give next time no doubt, as would have been ridden more prominently if they thought it could win.

Coming back from a huge layoff so no surprise to see the drift and run. Ran OK though
By:
Jackpot D'ainay....one for the notebook!
By:
By:
Pretty clear they wanted their other one to win
By:
It did look that way. I wouldn't be surprised if Jackpot is the better horse but they wanted to give it an kind introduction to hurdling today.
By:
They were all on a kind introduction apart from the first 2. The winner was made to work by the second.

There's a NH runners from each of 2 in form stables today, both running in the 4.50 at Stratford today
The 7/2 fav is Any Biscuits, trained by Harry Derham. However, it's been off the course for 18 months plus, and the 2 he ran with similar profiles yesterday both had a "blow the cobwebs away" ride, imo. So, may be better next time. Kim Bailey runs Zminlyi, trading at 12/1,who had a seasonal debut a few weeks ago, before the stable came into form, and is making his handicap debut. A small bet on each for me. Kim also runs Samatian in the 2 mile flat race at Wolverhampton 4.27. Inadequate test lto and could run a race at big odds. Gl all |
By:
The Twistons are operating at 26% strike rate at the moment
They have 3 interesting runners at Stratford today |

Thanks, Reg

Continuing the theme of trainers in form, Bourbali for Tizzards won a competitive chase at Kempton with Nicholls third after an odds on loser earlier in the novice hurdle. Meanwhile Henderson's are tailed off in both. At least Beau Balko kept galloping to be third which for me confirms that Nicholls are a gallop short and could catch fire at Cheltenham on Friday and Saturday. Rubaud next will give us another clue.
By:
That was nice. What a price about the best horse by a country mile. I hoped that Paul would have this one fitter than the others and he was.
By:
The Tizzard horses seem quite well forward and Striking A Pose looks interesting on his return in the 3.53 at Exeter. Although his form tailed off at the end of last season he has twice won at the course after a lay off. His overall record at Exeter is 4 from 4, while he is 1 from 21 elsewhere. Slightly softer ground might be ideal but at currently 8.8 on here and 4 places available he looks worth an interest. GL today

Good shout cobs, had a few bob at 8s with bet356 4 places
