Haha. Must admit to pausing the telly while he cried those pathetic tears last night Dolph. Schadenfreude. Don’t you just love it.
|
By:
Klopp said within 3 years he'll win the title, that's this season
|
By:
Well done CCM. Keep the red flag flying.
|
By:
That’s three years from today Mes. All quotes rebooted along with the threads.
|
By:
Mes, a couple more signings, and maybe this season Liverpool could be competing for the league once again.
|
By:
Does it reset that title clock?
|
By:
No.................what would be the fun in that?
|
By:
Couldn't resist that... 1st thing youse lot see when opening. Feel a bit bad now. Sort Of.

Ffs all I said was karius here's the Liverpool thread can u keep hold of it for me
|
By:
No sign of Buvac back at the club and you'd think he would have been there for the start of pre-season. Surprised the club haven't commented yet. Hopefully Ljinders can step up and fill his boots.

Karius going nowhere and given a clean slate.... |
By:
Not surprising. Klopp is loyal to his squad. Allison hasn't shone really and both he and Oblak are massively expensive.
Hopefully fans don't get on his back straight away. |
By:
Anyone going tonight? Got a ticket but think I’m going to bin it off for France v Belgium. Bad planning from whoever has scheduled our first two games!
|
By:
Had a ticket but got rid. Hard to foresee we'd be interested in the WC still to be fair.
|
By:
Klopp loyal to poor players - what sense does that make
if we dont change the keeper and get another centre half another nearly season on the cards |
By:
Karius has made another blunder in tonight's game, dropped the ball from a free kick
https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=21j3ib4BJ4E |
By:
still concussed
|
By:
what a mistake - perhaps he had concussion
he's absolutely sh6te ahoy and nearly cost us the semi as well the issue is that he will have totally lost his confidence on top of being sh5te- we'd be better off giving Ward a go if we are not going to buy a keeper the lad needs a move or to go out on loan abroad for a couple of seasons and rebuild his confidence |
By:
James Pearce reckons the Shaqiri deal is close.
Be pleased with this. Had a good WC and perfect squad player. |
By:
Watching last night's game it looks like lallana is very sharp, seems to be the forgotten man and seeing as he barely played last season he could be like a new signing.
|
By:
He must be really hungry to put last season behind him.
Have been thinking if he'll start the season in a more attacking role so Mané and Salah get the occasional breather. |
By:
no views on the keeper howler last night lads
some were bigging up Karius since he replaced Migno but have been proved wrong - Ive always said he was sh5te i think we should get an apology to the forum |
By:
Give it a rest Rothko ffs
|
By:
nope no chance of that ahoy
|
By:
Jesus, if we were doing apologies for getting things wrong then there'd be 1,000 new posts each morning on here!
|
By:
I'm not sure anyone thought he was the answer, think most thought he was an improvement on Mignolet though, either way the scrutiny on him is going to be huge and very hard to handle as he already looks fragile, i hope klopp has something in the pipeline.
|
By:
anyway we can now all agree he needs to leave the club
|
By:
To be honest, I was very hard on him before he got the shirt earlier this year. He'd been in and out of the team and never looked convincing. Looked a worse bet than Mignolet to me.
And then, he came in and was generally very good. Probably as good a 5 month spell of keeping we've had since Pepe was in his pomp. Then came Kiev. This has all the hallmark of the fans turning on Rodgers, Moreno et al and I think it's best for both if we can replace him. He'll never get any credit for doing something good and he'll be given absolute pelters if he makes a mistake. Trouble is in getting a replacement. Both Allison (who has never looked top, top class to me) and Oblak are way too expensive, Courtois apparently wants Madrid so who else is there? Do we just buy someone, anyone instead? And have those advocating that paid the remotest attention to Klopp in the last couple of years cos that's the one thing he doesn't do? He'll only replace if he really thinks the new guy is someone who can really improve the team and is willing to wait to get the right guy in. And he's loyal and stubborn too. I think we need to get used to the fact that Karius will almost certainly be between the sticks against West Ham and we need to decide if we're going to support him or not. |
By:
Pop I know a lot of supporters and they don't accept that
Rarely experienced such an anti feeling about a player Just dread the reaction of the fans if he drops yet another clanger Klopp needs to accept that he has made a mistake - he's creating a rod for his own back If we cant recruit a better keeper than him the the scouts need to be sacked As well as the goalie coach who has the record of making every keeper he works with worse |
