Alex Keirl can feel hard done by Stitched up, as the forum suspected |

Diversity the lowest recorded winning percentage although I suspect George Sampson got less.
By:
You'd have to think Jack would have won if Joseph had been the wildcard

Band Of Voices 1.9%

Alex Kierl around 100 for semi 4 from memory?
By:
Just looking, I backed him @ 24 to qualify ir, so he must have been about 100/1 to win
By:
I got 2 pounds at 75. To qualify!
By:
Jack must have polled lower in the semi than they were expecting.
By:
I always thought it was a tough heat
By:
..but would have expected him to break 50%
By:
the 1st heat turned out to be incredibly weak once BOV were pushed under a bus

Just shows the powers of TPTB. Steve the moral winner. Wonder how well he'd have done if SyCo hadn't already landed that $100 million Las Vegas contract with Terry Fator.
By:
No doubt Terry Fator has influenced the way SyCo thinks of BGT. Cowell is obsessed with taking winners of BGT and XF across the pond to make money. I'm convinced his head wanted Attraction, and made it so, but his heart (I'm sure he has one) wanted Jack.

Meat Diva got les than the appalling MD Dancers. That shocks me

I could have been in MD Dancers and you wouldn't have noticed

Damn! Did anyone back them him to win? He must have been matched at way over 100 on here Not me, so I don`t know for sure, but you would have to imagine so. Ultimately, though, another losing value bet. And, while I/we were robbed on that one, I see Jack and Cormack were well enough beaten in the vote. |
By:
I can't even remember them
By:
J&C did pretty well from trap 4
By:
J and C could have won this show. TPTB really hold that power.
By:
AJ & Chloe with a routine like their audition could easily have won the 4th semi too
By:
A bunch of instantly forgettable almost middle aged piss poor dancers fll. You wouldn't remember them
By:
I only remember acts I make a decent profit on and there haven't been many of them of late
By:
Singers did much better in the semis than in the final.
By:
Someone did some stats and it is nearly always the case that pop type singers do poorly in the final
By:
'Classical' singers have an excellent record. Another top 3 this year
By:
Good. We`ve got X Factor/The Voice for them.
By:
Pop singers, that is
By:
Hopefully there's more money around for XF over TV.
By:
Paul Malaki came very close last year and Alex Keirl came very close this year. One of these days a big price singer is going to kop from trap 2 in a semi
By:
Apart from Ronan Parke, who was a very likeable kid, ramped liked crazy and had very little beat, the only other pop act to make the top 3 were New Bounce with only 8% from the pimp slot
By:
This is still my favourite singing performance on BGT

By:
Had a massive green on him and Signature in the end. A decent win on Sampson but when they called the top 3 I was jumping up and down
By:
Shame we don't have %'s for that year
