Anyone remember the Tom Doyle/Solwhit incident in Naas? When the money is not down with this operation, jumping off at 30 mph is the easy option

If something similar happened in football do you think Keane or souness would fanny about like that
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- jimnast... if you look at my earlier response... it depends who does the diving... if it's against England (or an English team) or Scotland (or a Scottish team) they probably will say 'he dived'... other way about they will either go silent or they will say 'he was clever' or 'he went down a bit easy there'. |

Absolutely uptheirons I often wonder why so many watch football at the top level

cheers wsb...
that's what i always thought right enough... sometimes i agree with folk and sometimes i don't... that's life... that's what all the people say. |
|
By:
unseats don't happen in a flash, clean as a whistle like a rat up a drain pipe, went like he was shot, because he,d prepared for it before the last, 99% of time they come off in installments like a mo Salah dive
|
|
By:
Some pundits may well say that hibby I doubt keane or souness would
|
|
By:
i'll keep an eye out for it jimnast...
one thing i would say is... after Souness got booted out from Sky... he was on Talksport and i heard him talking about Mo Salah... and he said something like 'Salah dives...they all do'... and i totally agree with that... would he have said that if he was at a live game ? not sure tbh. |

AKA bets put it up on X ,with the comment
IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 3.6 MILLION to explain that one away ![]() ![]() |

watching the hd on as he takes off he's out of sync and goes up as he's landing..his @rse lands slightly to the left and he departs. a tricky one. ........... I would have thought nothing of it, if seeing it without knowing connections and betting pattern tbh. |
|
By:
He goes out of sync because he's already shifting his bodyweight in preparation. Which sent mixed messages to the horse.

Charles .
Right team,we re having them over today, going to drift this fav and lose,we ll lay the hell out of it, Phil, you get in the lead then jump off,no one will notice,we ll be back home with the euros before anyone susses it.and try not to die you idiot.make it look good. |

"Proof" is an interesting concept.
Was it deliberate a) on the balance of probabilities b) beyond reasonable doubt c) for certain? Hard to say yes to c) - because the rider will invent a explanation that could be considered credible but a) and b) are candidates for a positive answer surely? |

There's reems of historical data to point to average amounts bet on a sh1t claimer at Wexford. If they've done anything out of the ordinary, theoretically it should be quite easy to identify
|
|
By:
Maybe,if a large lay bet was placed approaching the last hurdle ,there might be a case.
He could of not jumped off, then told stewards, the horses head found nothing after the last.but jumping off in the lead isn’t the greatest way to lose a race.in fact,it’s the hardest and that crazy,no one would even think of doing it that way, unless a massive lay in running approaching the last. |

Every thread needs a cheat's apologist. The truth is , that trainer shouldn't have a licence, then there'd be no need for speculation.

Nobody has defended the ride Captain.
The burden of proof lies with the prosecution which would never succeed imo |

I remember Shane Kelly jumping off a lanigan hot pot in straight at wolverhampton when race was clearly won , soft departure too

i've always liked a meritocracy based system... that went out the window a long time ago... very poor tbh. |

there's been plenty of jocks jumping of horses,it happens everyday going to start, paddock, after the race, jumping of is saver than letting one run off out of control, just a lazy chapper,s/jockey soundbite,

ARRY Findlay now put a damning side on still of him hopping off on Twitter whilst taking the pish out of the jock and game

Racing finally totally died this evening. Anyone clinging on to a couple of fibres hoping racing ain't all that bad... well that's been put to bed once and for all. We all know there's skullduggery involved in the game. Human nature. But this has torn the heart out of the sport. A line was totally crossed. Can't be defended. The drift. The creatures involved. The 100% jump off. The bha need to grow a pair here and state that this creature needn't bother making any more UK entries cos he's not wanted. And anyone going racing in ireland needs to constantly boo the pair of them. Make them understand enough is enough. Drive them out of the sport once and for all. Because the Irish authorities won't.

Good suggestion slickster regarding the bha but from what I’ve seen of this outfit no chance
