I am afraid that you have a very naive understanding on life and the law Slickster.
You could never "prove" your allegation

slick are ewe really and truly this dense?  ewe expect a pundit to make accusations live on air that could cost them their careers and a libel charge?  YDC

i didnt take much notice the time..watching again it looks a soft unseat..no idea if saddle slipped..do i think a jockey would intentionslly jump from a moving horse?  no i dont normally but was a strange dismount as it looks like both his legs were on the other side.

Happened multiple times, Ice Saint obviously, there was another at Sedgefield where he jumped off on the flat in a jumps race.

as irons stated..virtually impossible to prove..all he has to say is horse moved and he became unbalanced.

2nd last legs clamped to the horse when it jumps, at the last both of Byrnes’ legs are in the air as it jumps the hurdle.

you don't have to accuse anyone you talk about
the unseat
the drift on unseat
the late pliunge on winner
the look at screen/infield coming to last
ask to interview connections
no we,re a racing sub channel easier to ignore the fooking lot

If the presenter wanted to deal with it without accusing him directly he could say something like "social media is going crazy accusing the rider of foul play" that way you are saying what we all think without attaching yourself to it.

Look the sprog jumped off. I know it. I would say everyone knows it. It doesn't need proving. No wonder the game is in total decline. Just because daddy byrnes can get some unstraight lawyer to bail him out doesn't mean it didn't happen. Are you aware he's been at this type of thing for 30 odd Years? Went too far this time.

watching the hd on as he takes off he's out of sync and goes up as he's landing..his @rse lands slightly to the left and he departs.

a tricky one.

Just to steelman the counter argument. If you're going to stop a horse surely the last way you'd do it is go out in front and jump off at the last. Kieran Fallon defence basically.

A tricky one freeko thinks lol. Drifts from 6-4 to god knows how big. 13-2 sp. I bet he would have stayed on if it went from 13-2 to 6-4.

if you think about it, racing is one of the few sports where they don't call stuff out, so eg in football a high tackle or a dive, they'll call on it

in racing we have built a culture where it's become hard to ask the question, simply because if they do whether right or wrong they fear not being given interviews or information from yards and jocks going forward, the power sits with the participants if the ruling body don't step in and ask questions because the media it seems can't

You can't lay horses on white labels anymore due to stuff like this so let the stake holders sp their jobs. Investigate the accounts involved in the drift and obviously the lumps for the fav

With the look to the infield he seemed to be in a panic as if to say where is that fcuking fav I’m going to have to bail out.

I seem to recall talk of a Solwhit race going unexpectedly too. But the jockey let him win.
