I cannot believe what I have just seen
By:
I don't want to point the finger without seeing a replay but I'm sure I'm thinking what everyone else is.
By:
glanced at screen before last ,saw well backed fav in 2nd and jumped off clean as a whistle to my eyes
By:
2s out to 14s
...... back into big odds on In Running cruising at the front head on shows he flung his legs out wide jumping the last Morning and afternoon layers breathing a sigh of relief |

By:
Another controversy at Wexford no doubt. Absolute kip of a racetrack.
By:
It's beyond me how this lad still holds a licence to train , it shows tye corruption that is endemic in racing in eire
By:
The Racing TV guy couldn't wait to get away from it. Hilarious.
By:
did they show a reverse angle on that?
By:
Looked very dodgy, looked up at screen and then came off.
By:
It was comical how he positioned himself for soft fall like jumping off a wall but there will be gob****s here that think nothing to see , common sense is not within alot of racing fraternity
By:
a veitch/curley owned nag trained by whigham ridden by ferris at a flapping track wouldn't pull a stunt like that
![]() ![]() [ |
By:
Sad thing is the lad has talent as a jockey but has been indoctrinated by his old man into doing things like that.
By:
They know they can act with contempt put it right in your face now as no ramifications , irish racing authority and bha are as corrupt as they come in pockets of bookies etc

Video replay - head-on camera at 15:35 He looks at the screen after jumping the 2nd last Makes absolutely no effort until the last and the splays his legs out jumping the last to ease the UR People keep saying it fell - it didn't - horse was straight, true and didn't touch a twig |
By:
I thought the STUN GUN was back the way he fell off not seen one go like that since a young John Wayne shot AURDY MURPHY
![]() |
By:
He's no Saint
By:
Alot of bookies get the nod which jolly are not off too , it's alla fuking cesspit and reality is nothing will ever be done, alot of these scum bookies are involved in it too

rp close up
In touch with leaders, took keen hold after 1st, prominent after 3rd, led 4th, going best 2 out, 2 lengths ahead when jockey unbalanced and unseated last (op 7/2 tchd 7/1) |
By:
HE JUMPED OFF. For all the obvious reasons that people in the game know. Gotta be the worst jump off EVER.
By:
It was worse that Sean Curran one while back yrs ago, far worse
By:
You could never prove a dive in a thousand years which is why RTV said nothing.
It's alright spouting on here but if you did on air you would be in desperate trouble |
By:
i didnt take much notice the time..watching again it looks a soft unseat..no idea if saddle slipped..do i think a jockey would intentionslly jump from a moving horse? no i dont normally but was a strange dismount as it looks like both his legs were on the other side.
By:
In touch with leaders, took keen hold after 1st, led 4th, going best 2 out, 2 lengths ahead when jockey realised how much his dad had took out of it (6/4 out to 10/1) and jumped off!
By:
Would be nice for racing TV to show dozens of replays so any doubt can be eliminated. Won't get into trouble for that will they. EVERYONE with even a small working brain knows the sprog JUMPED OFF.
By:
strange why RTV showed him departing in slo motion.
By:
AS I said,it's alright spouting on here but would you do so on air?
If you did you would sacked the next day |
By:
RTV Replays Website...
strange that WEXFORD is missing... https://www.racingtv.com/watch/replays |
By:
Do you think that RTV are blind?
By:
Byrnes has been on yellow cards for years so the stewards no longer have to give him/them the benefit of the doubt. There will be action taken but maybe not today
By:
Sacked for speaking the truth? This is where this game is at. We all KNOW he jumped off so let's have the discussion on a racing channel. Yeah right ha haaaa
By:
By:
I wouldn't spout foul on air but I would say everything but, dwell on the issue, belittle the unseat, jockeys are generally accepted to be embarrassed at unseats so I would push this, ridiculing the unseat without calling foul, so at least you can get some sort of a dig in at him.
By:
There will be action taken but maybe not today
-------------------------------------------------- i won't be holding my breath on that score first timevisor. |
