2 weeks ago the investigation was nearing a conclusion according to Racing TV, so hopefully they won’t be around for much longer

I understand it takes some time to get the necessary proof to finally rid the sport of these abhorrent creatures. But it's going on a while. Should not be allowed walk the streets freely.

Backing the winner there avoids having to Lay their horse, elise.
Whilst Byrnes Snr is a hideous individual,he never struck me as being stupid

if they could prove they'd done that i think they'd see it as enough to do them, i doubt they will find even that

How is this creature still allowed sit on horses and ride in races ? Defies all logical belief. We understand it must be proven but we ALL KNOW he's 100% guilty of jumping off on purpose  for monetary gain for daddy. Just another thing wrong with racing be it the UK or Ireland. Do that in hong kong and you would not be breathing 5 minutes later.

Let's hope they are off the track for at least 12 months. It was so blatant it beggared belief. Thsese racing cretins are treating punters with disdain and contempt.

It's high time they go on a long holiday. I hope the IHRB does not disappoint..

Any credibility remaining for the IHRB will be lost if they don't act on what we all saw.

been at it for years and never had the book thrown at him.  The Laetitia incident at Cork was over 20 years ago.

The stewards that day determined that Laetitia had not been allowed to race fairly to win.

I'd say that's what it looks like when it's accidental (today). If doing it deliberately, that's what it needs to look like.
