This should be on lucks talking points on Sunday. I mean it must be discussed. We all seen it. Go on luck talk about it.

Well he can't really ignore it. This is the biggest talking point of the decade. Pull a stunt like that in Hong Kong they would be killed.

Mouthy kev is strangely quiet this evening. Only talking 10 words per 2 seconds instead of 10 every second. Does he not know how to pause and draw breath. Think the 1st race upset him.

Wouldn't be many bigger imo. Mighty mouth o'ryan just called it an "unseat". You know it wasn't kev so why say it. Can you not speak the truth? Can't do that can you. Still hoping to fool the people. Disgusting.

slickster...

when do pundits ever say anything that ever constitutes a comment about horses being stopped ?

even a genuine bad ride is barely mentioned...

but just about every winning ride is a great ride...

it's been like that for years...

it ain't a new thing...

i don't like it one little bit myself but that is the way it is...

they're not going to change...

comment on it by all means but i can guarantee you one thing...

THEY WON'T CHANGE.

Let's go further. This is a decent horse if allowed to show it. Fav getting old and clearly on the decline. Giving away the weight. Rest don't count. Why not plough in on your horse and lead all the way. It would have won 10 lengths on the bit as was proven. Daddy byrnes ***t up.

Getting embarrassingly tedious hibby. We all know what's going on. There shouldn't be a problem in speaking the truth. All they are fooling is themselves and a few clueless dopes.

Chelsea losing 1-0...

i'm just wondering if someone will take a tumble if they are still losing with 10 minutes to go...

and if they do will the commentators say 'dive' ?

The Wexford stewards report said: "The raceday stewards reviewed the unseating of Philip Byrnes, rider of Redwood Queen, at the last hurdle when leading. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the raceday stewards took no further action."

I know a massive drifter but RP suggests that lowest price matched IR was 1.14 ...I would have expected 1.02 (it had won with any sort of reasonable jump)

as i said slickster it annoys the hell out of me the total lack of anything other than 'oh what a great ride' from pundits...

but unfortunately that is what they do...

i voted with my wallet and ended my RTV subscription and told them exactly why i did...

did anything change ?

absolutely not...

and it never will imv.

"There shouldn't be a problem in speaking the truth".
If you make an allegation you must be able to substantiate it and you absolutely cannot.
Naive is being charitable to slickster.

I've looked at head on few times now and it's pretty clear he was preparing to fall off it coming to hurdle by taking his feet out of stirrups , I don't know what George Baker was on about ,he jumped off it on purpose
By:

When: 28 May 25 21:51
Can you prove that in a Court of Law mics?

Irons afraid to have an opinion of his own. The sprog jumped off and will never live it down. Anyone with a tiny working singular braincell knows he jumped off. It's called using your eyes. Seeing is believing. Give the 2 fraudsters a lie detector. And there's your proof irons that you are obsessed with.

there is a big screen shooda...

just after the 2nd last hurdle which is why he looked left.
By:

When: 28 May 25 22:14
i can see absolutely no evidence to say he kicked his feet out of the irons before jumping the hurdle.
By:

When: 28 May 25 22:18
Whether he jumped or otherwise is impossible to prove Hibby as I have stated.
Debating with absolute morons like slickster is futile

He's jumped off. It's blatant. Won't be punished. Why? Same old sh*t that's peddled by those that peddle it. It's part and parcel of the sport. Has been from the beginning and it will continue to be. Non triers and bent wanchors like the byrnes' but that's the choice we have to make. Place a bet or not. Goes on every day.

He did jump off. Have no doubt. You could not prove that in a court but this is not a court and at this stage Charles gets no free passes. The benefit of the doubt stpped applying to him years ago, and for good reason. The raceday stewards took no action but I would think the Turf Club will want to interview the people involved.

My final words are,I despise Charles Byrnes and never back his horses but,in Ireland at low grade tracks you are betting in the wild west.
There is little hope of it changing.
The best of luck if you do play over there because you will need it

Because they're ALL on the gravy train slurping from the same pot. Lots to go around apparently. Impossible to 100% prove anything in life iron. But normal people watching that KNOWS the sprog jumped off. You seem to think because you can't prove It, it didn't happen. And the wexford stewards saw nothing wrong and let it go. Its just Impossible to believe anyone in charge of a race meeting saw nothing wrong there. I presume they will not preside at a meeting ever again.
By:
slickster
When: 28 May 25 22:48
The "stewards" saw nothing wrong. Message sent out saying its OK to jump off horses when clear at the last. Can it get any worse. Must have been at the sherry early.

Its not Irish racing where the problem lies, its Charles Byrnes. When the horses were nobbled in the UK he got away with that too on the grounds that there was no CCTV in the stable yard.

If they police in eire in company with racing authorities there wanted to investigate it properly , phone evidence etc , they could , I believe now in eire and uk the cops have high surveillance tools bought from israel to for such stuff but at end of day tye racing authorities are corrupt to core themselves and will look away , if young byrne done that in the India racing jurisdiction , he would be in a body bag now , the UK and eire has tolerated crooks like byrnes , Gary moore , Jamie Osborne and they do nought infact they glorify them on racing media , so change will never come
