Finians Rainbow has dropped nearly a stone in the weights. His run at Sandown indicates he is well capable of still performing at a very high level when he gets his ground. The horse that beat him at Sandown's Whitbread meeting, (Sire de Grugy) , is (IMO) the second best 2 mile chaser in training. Finians will take all the beating in this H'Cap.

Dynaste NOT running on Saturday in the Paddy Power. David Pipe says his only runner will be Ballynagour.
By:
No surprise there, Pipe is as bad as Mullins re plans full of crap!
By:
Re lack of positive info, gives my horse more chance though.
By:
Anyone got the full list of declarations?
By:
Not in my opinion Mr Mischief. He would have won anyway.
By:
Glad Gift of Dgab made it in, although my book would have looked a lot more rosy if Katenko had survived the cull. Oh well, can never get the whole lot. Any of the outsiders winning would be a blowout day.

Colour Squadron tough to beat, 15 pounds better off than Rajdhani Express. 14/1 looks value. GL

Hope you are correct Judo, must have cracking chance.

If he has a bad time of it on saturday, his first patient needing braces will probably be fitted with barbed wire!

I'd like to think that Ballynagour has a reasonable chance.
By:
he definitely has
my final four were Johns Spirit, Radjhani, Ballynagour, Astracad - fair chance on of these wins |

can't keep the Dentist out of the frame with barbed wire Can't work it out? Please explain who the dentist is been away for a long ish while lol |
By:
Sam Waley Cohen, rider of Radjhani Express, is in fact a dentist by profession!

2 of my short list from Wed have been withdrawn . Added Battle Group into the mix before deciding final bets on Sat.

Deary me, Has Pipe really got that many followers that Ballynagour has halved in price now he's the only Pipe runner? Yes the horse trounced Golden Chieftain in the mud off a 21lb lower mark. However 21lbs higher in a much more competitive race, where are people getting 7/1 and 8/1 from?? Ridiculous price on what the horse has achieved.
1 run around Cheltenham off this mark and he was beaten 33lengths. 7/1 chance? You are having a laugh. Having said that, Tap Night gamble because AP is on is just as laughable. He was available at 50s on here last night, now AP is on its best of 17 on here and 14s with the bookies. The only reason AP is on is because he can't do the weight on Colour Squadron and obviously thinks Nadiya De La Vega isn't worth sweating down to his lowest weight for. Keep these blind trainer/jockey gambles coming and boost the other horses prices up please ![]() |

Judo
Are you suggesting they don't need the prize money? |
By:
what the dentist he works at judo
the money you can make out of denchures ah![]() |

By:
Any love for Conquisto? Looks a likely type to me, Cooper up is a bonus. Never ran at Cheltenham before, don't know if that's a negative or not
By:
Is Cooper definitely riding? see he is down for this and Gift of Dgab. I know he's good but....
Can AP still do 10st3lb? Wasn't really taking it as a big negative for NdlV that he wasnt riding tbh. |
By:
Ah just seen that there, he is down for Gift of Dgab as well. He's gonna have one painful ballsack come Saturday evening

Tinkler doesn't exactly fuel the confidence Harry.
Think i'll be laying that off. Back to the drawing board for me. |
By:
be interesting to see what happens with Cooper, Steve Gollings (understandably) quite bullish about securing his services for Conquisto earlier in the week.
...but Martin supplied him with two of his three festival winners in March. By the way some guy called R Walsh has one ride booked at Cheltenham tomorrow....for Tony Martin in the last. |
By:
Who is Coopers agent anyone know?
By:
will be a busy man this season I'd say
By:
disappointed with Tinkler booking also - McCoy eat too much cake after 4000?
By:
i'll be honest guru think he would sweated down if we had a bet...disappointing, would want 20 again now to go in again with tinkler up tbh...
tough ask for the mare now |
By:
Don't write off NDLV just because Tinkler is on it, he did finish 2nd on Quantativeasing in this race 2 years ago behind the well handicapped great endeavour!
By:
One negative for Raj Express would be the jock, there was an article somewhere stating that in the Autumn he usually was rusty due to inaction, looking at the RP site it would appear that the last time he won a race in Sept/Oct was 2009
By:
zilzal it's November and he won a race today.
