Jaiswal looks supremely confident/comfortable, arguably the issue with both Iyer and Gill is that they don't quite.

The boy played a blinder, there. He could be around for the next fifteen years.
England would have taken 336/6 once they had to field first. Batting fourth won't be fun so India ahead by virtue of winning the toss. |

Depends when the pitch starts to spin and if England Baz away at India again. Woeful from India. Hill and Iyer are gawn for the next Test. This looks like a 450 minimum pitch. We shall see when both sides have batted. England on top imho but batting last.

Poor end for India. Missed out on the 493 but had bet on o395.5 so not all bad. Second time I’ve nicked a bet by 1 run but don’t think over 493.5 was too much to ask for.

Considering the way they go about it, it is nothing but impressive that Crawley & Duckett average more than 48 for the first wicket.

To be fair, it's not dissimilar to what Jaiswal has served up to us so far this series.
Added pressure probably comes from it being both ends, and the knowledge that it will be unrelenting so you have to get it right. |

Was tempted to go under 372 on England. Think they might have trouble on this pitch with the bounce. That was a poor **** from Duckett, over reaching imho

I just messed up a little.
Lumped India when they ripped to 1.68... When it didn't budge downward quickly, persuaded myself it could rocket still further (and I could get out of line quickly). Shipped it back and watched wicket three deliveries later. Grrrr!! |

Looking back without the panic, it isn't easy to see a rational India price much beyond 1.8, even if we are 100 odd for none.
Ah well. Only cost me green so at least that's my preferred mistake  |
