SA are battling on two fronts, losing time and each run they concede means they have to chase more

Theoretically, the fact there are no fielding restrictions in Tests means that if Cook wanted to be a total spoilsport, he could make it very hard? But I guess it isn't the done thing to have 8 on the boundary?

Great finish anyways to the test. I have to go to work now. Will keep my mobile on with cricinfo and hope the cameras dont catch me checking out the score every 5 min :D

Poor Amla. gotta hand it to him for trying. Definitely the sporting option.

I don't think the bad light saved Eng. SA can try and put some positive spin on this test match but the ball was doing a lot more on the final day and I think SA would have struggled to get 150-200.

the pitch was set up supposedly so S.A.wouldnt go 2 down in the series...dont no why england took the risk...should of kept on batting in the 1st innings.

A great pity we had to wait for day 5 to see something for the bowlers. A bit of this on day 4 and we might have had a result. Was looking at a total wipe-out yesterday but managed to trim my losses by just under a third today so not all in vain.

Should we expect another road in the next Test in Joburg?
