Yeah.  They have more than enough for an innings win.

The longer Aussies bat, the more it will kill the Poms mentally and physically. Reading books from Prior, Andersen mentioning playing in hot , humid weather before. But I think this kind of weather is going to be killing the young players of England especially: Joe Root, Stokes, Carberry, Tim 'I ate all the pies' Bresnan who are starting their careers out in the national team.

As for a prediction for under/over morning session runs: Id have a stab and say Under/Over 90.5 runs

Johnson, Steve Smith, and Ryan Harris can all score pretty quickly

Cook and Pietersen have both performed at Perth.  But neither have shown anything against Aus even on their own wicket recently.  If Cook doesn't come out and make a statement with a big century, then it is curtains.  And even if he does, I doubt there will be anybody to do anything here.
England have bowled the wrong length all innings and helped Aus put a score on the board.  Ave first innings here is about 310 or so for the last decade and every chance Aus get 400+.  Hope England put up some sort of a fight to drag this game out, but can't have anything near the 7.00 mark for mine.

Quite simply put, Aus have got in Englands head, and have done since the last series.  Certainly not the best preparation for a pitch England haven't won on since 1978.
Harris is the best bowler in the Aus team, and definitely the most consistent.  At 145+ here, that is enough to get Aus a big lead even before Johnson has to bowl a ball, and this is Johnsons home ground, where he has by far the best figures of anywhere in the world.  150-155 on this pitch, plenty more than enough for most of England, and even if that only equates to bowling out the tail cheaply, that is enough considering most tails now average 20+ down to 10-11.  Don't expect much from Lyon, but as more of a top spinner, the extra bounce could even get him a couple.

Ideally, Smith holds the innings together, and Johnson hits out for some quick demoralising runs, Harris with a few, then Siddle and Lyon to keep them out there for 40-45 minutes or so for the last 2 wickets giving Harris/Johnson a quick break to come out firing.

In saying all that, I think it is worth waiting to see if we can't get better odds on Australia.  Any runs from England will bring them into even more ridiculous lay value, when we can load up on it.

The series before that, Aus batted first there too.  Eng scored 295 and 123.

So yes, I agree it doesn't look good.  But not sure where you are looking.  Our numbers are completely different.

Unless we are talking about different conditions, these are the games between the 2 at the WACA and what my numbers are based on.

Ian Chappell saying that Cook looks to save runs, rather than go out all attack and place fielders to get wickets. I have to say I disagree with Chappell there, playing at the WACA in a test match, there has to be some cautiousness in saving runs, as the outfield is lightning quick

Have to agree WC, 3 wickets and 28 runs - take that at the close from yesterday. Just need some application in the batting this test, if not then 3-0 down.

Draw is about the same price as pre-game, if u backed the Game to finish inside 3 days, u would still feel pretty comfortable about the bet. Not sure England batsman will go on this wicket, but it wouldn't surprise if Australia were batting again later today

Commentators also did mention a fair cracks are starting to open up , but nothing too much in variable bounce in my opinion
By:

Cracks aren't in front of the batsman so they shouldn't be a worry at the moment

England bowling a better length today.  That is the difference.
