Impressive jumping from the front 2 there,would think the winner is improving fast,and jumping like that will stand him in good stead,def would consider him for Arkle.

actually think ghizao is a good price at 12/1 for the arkle. battered that field, and to think loosen my load was considered by many on here as an arkle candidate after making hard work of crap fields in ireland, a 10 length beating of him (an easy beating i might add) should surely give ghizao a better than 12/1 chance of winning.

Gizao was cleary not fit when he ran behind Kilmurry. On breding he seem a bit of a mud lover aswell so whilst he looks to be a decent candidate for March, he might need it Soft.
Danaderson, im a big Royal Charm fan, have backed him ante-post at 33's, but no need to keep hyping him up mate, listening to the trainer he might not even go to the Arkle, especially now they have Ghizao. One race at a time please, Dan! |

i think ghizao is a seriously good horse and 2m on good ground may
test him; but is very smart indeed. wouldn't be surprised if he got 3miles though. jumps very well on soft. |

Delighted with that performance, as I said earlier Id had a nibble on ghizao, and really expected him to come on for his last run, where he travelled strongly, jumped well but clearly blew up 2 out.

By the way Nicholls says they may skip Cheltenham with Royal Charm, said sometimes it's best to play the long game.

Ghizao also won impressively at the meeting last year but didn't really go on from there.

re: CC, he's having (another?) breathing op - 'will only be out a month' according to trainer in today's RP. Whilst it seems he's not the 2nd coming, i'm not giving up on him yet. |
