Dispute resolution

If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between Unibet and the Client, the matter shall be referred to a representative of the Northern Territory Racing Commission. Any disputes can be referred to the Commission at gamblingdisputes@nt.gov.au for final determination and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly once a decision has been made by the authorised representative of the Northern Territory Racing Commission. The dispute must be lodged within 14 days of the end of the event to which the dispute relates. The decision of the Northern Territory Racing Commission is final and binding on both Unibet and the Client.
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory. The Client agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Northern Territory in respect of any dispute or matter arising from or out of these Rules.
If any rule (or part of a rule) in the Rules is or becomes void or unenforceable, that rule (or part of the rule) will be taken to be removed and cease to form part of the Rules. However, the remaining Rules will continue to have full force and effect.

Well NT may not be a guarantee either but I sure as hell will never ever again use a bookmaker that is licensed in Canberra. How Sports Alive were allowed to continue for as long as they did without raising a few eyebrows is anyones guess. They didn't even have a segregated account for punters ffs.

Yeah they're owned by TABCorp so feel quite safe with them but just thought there might be a reason why you don't have an account with them.

They're okay, never had any hassles regarding withdrawals or anything like that but like nearly all Oz bookmakers they're quick to limit.

The UK model cannot work for sports. I have thought long and hard about it. Their sports betting can't stand up. Even if it's profitable the turnover will be crap.
Centrebet was always my biggest account and they always took big bets from me, even though I won every year.
It's no accident that Sportingbet UK's most profitable arm (90%!) is Centrebet Aus. That changed 3 weeks ago and the jury is still out. They may or may not lose me.
