Congratulations on your patience Team but when you have
6x2 meetings x 7 races x 10 entries = 840 runners (all approx) still to choose from .... cant blame you Thats one hell of a big Dairy Box .... mmmmm ..... some tasty choices  Try to avoid the bitter lemons is not easy  |

Tommy I know that washed up feeling but bad spells always end and today hopefully yours......and mine.....and anyone elses will end!!As El Capitano has always said, above all enjoy the comp we can only do what we think is right and each week hope fortune favours at least two or three of us. Sounds easy picking just one a week but not many master consistency in this comp. Theres a nice target out there for seven of us today, smash it Thieves!! |

Hi guys had a chance to look at the Spring Cup with all that convergence onto stand rails
suspect a lot of unlucky tales to follow it got very busy Tommy just reading between the lines, could it so easily have been Classic, if so you will be doubly gutted but you are knocking on the door |

Stewpot. Haven't had the time to look at the form of the Spring Cup yet. Looking at Classic I'd rather they finished down the field than close up. Now the handicapper will have his say and likely it will be well fancied next time (poor price).

Hi Tommy, it was a toss of the coin for me between Classic & Boyfriend, i got greedy, Lol
its very frustrating when you know you were almost right & the future is ruined for weights & prices you have to hope that your trainer is able to massage the weight &/or price sometime in the future Given they finished in a heap, weight shouldnt be altered much if at all Only takes one poor run to get the price back .... sorted   |

Hi Stewpot.Agree with all your comments re narrow defeats. Thing is, in the Spring Cup I really fancied Fifth Column with him being in Dubai and all and very disappointed with his run. I keep a daily sheet/diary with all my bets so I can look back my major fancies on any day. The two best bets for me on Saturday were F.C. and the Alan King trained King Al. I won't miss them in the future.
