well played nocturnal, only a pixel cost us an extra tenner.
only one stands out as an obvious winner tomorrow, baarij 4.55...see how the market goes or any other seismic move that may influence my opinion on a race.otherwise no bet..loads of opportunities midweek. fortune favours the brave ![]() |

Morning all, well done to all those with winners, two more weeks in Corfu but will look in and post up, vpn needed from here but it works well.

Morning Team
Extra lotion on those lighter stripes Tiger, ensures the perfect tan. Not quite Chav, she ran ok,not my normal kind of race, settle for joint bronze with hindsight. 14-58 posting WP .....nothing like leaving it to the last minute Captain. My visions of a "Cockney Ben Hur" were unfounded. Not the worst start for a thrown together bunch of misfits ![]() Onwards |

good morning gentlemen
we seem to be cutting a swathe through all those before us and as such have decided on a horse at a decent price e/w. so with much pomp and no less circumstance today our standard bearer from this quarter shall be Impressor 2.25 newbury. the indefatigable martin dwyer rides and the irrepressible marcus tregoning trains. ![]() ![]() |
|
By:
Of all the Imps around the world Chav ......
Yesterdays alternative was Rakes Progress 4-45 newb. Indefati,by design or otherwise, managed to conjure a fast finnishing 4th,comedy gold. Tough race today, the 3 yr olds could be anything, the O,meara horse has been on the radar for a while. Do like Tregonning, every chance yours if he,s primed. GL |

Enjoy your holiday Tiger. Come back refreshed and raring to go
![]() Ha ha I did leave it a little late Noc... I just couldn't find anything. With hindsight I should have just went with Mishriff. A touch unlucky not to get a clear 3rd with your one, just got the wrong end of the nod. Lets keep the pressure on this week and I hope Chavman can apply some early doors ![]() |
|
By:
well...impressor hardly lived up to its name and todays foray remained fruitless...thought the going/trainer and jockey combo was potent....didnt factor in the horse is ****.

why go for haymakers when you can beat your opponent on the short game

Going to wait for Tuesday now, tomorrows racing looks pretty awful lots of handicaps and everything just exposed on glance
|
|
By:
I did think Lady Nectur should go in again, I mean just looking at that race its like sure thing
![]() ![]() But I'm certain Catterick will be running soft tomorrow with the rain and that's what puts me off it, frigging anything can go in there when its a paddling pool |
|
By:
Not to worry guys, your captain will lead the line this week and drag us into top spot.

|
By:
Was right about Lady Nectars race
won by an outsider in soft ground, although its not a shock and the winner isn't a bad horse in that class |
|
By:
Going to stick in Nibras Again
Horse in good form and won here two starts ago despite finding all the trouble in the world before getting clear and staying on well to lead final strides, off bottom weight but the winner from its previous weight has come out and won again of 78 so think this has a very good chance of following up its cause and distance win from 2 starts ago, the ground I don't think should be to much of a problem with it being marked as good at the moment with decent weather yesterday and no rain forcast overnight Nibras Again 2:00 Beverley |

Good luck Sont
FRESH runs today 6pm, pretty skinny pricing, a few decent horses in there. |
|
By:
Withdrawn
![]() I think that means another selection but will wait until tomorrow or Thursday |
|
By:
Fresh certainly looks a nice type and so did a couple of others from Kempton tonight. Shame you didn't put that one up Swaddle. Good luck this week guys.

Morning all. Have put Lampetia up at Killarney, an Aiden cast off to young Joseph and looks to be an improver this season having been upped in distance.
|
|
By:
Morning Plat. That one looks very solid with ticks in all the right boxes and the step back up in trip should suit. The Weld trained horse has been disappointing so far and Sideshifts best run was on the AW. GL
|
|
By:
So far.....Weld at Killarney, you just can't rule out anything of his with confidence at this course.
|
|
By:
Going to wait until the morning to see what the going is down as but Giovanni Tiepolo in the 2:25 at Windsor looks to be my selection, only 2lb higher than its cause and distance win here in June, still in decent form with a good effort at Sandown last time out, did weaken after challenging but Sandown is a specialist track in my opinion. The only snag is the going is currently marked as heavy and at the moment can't really go with it with 100% confidence because of that so hopefully that's a bit wrong at this point and its more on the soft side with better ground by 2pm.

Ha ha yeah, SS it does feel like there is. I was looking at Prompting in the 2.45, he impressed me at Goodwood.
|
|
By:
Right attempt at getting one in number 3
![]() Zabeel Champion in the 1:45 York Always seems to be finishing its races off well at 10f and upped to 12f here which should suit it, only down side was its last run on a left handed galloping track it bombed but had been off the track 229 days so possibly down to that maybe? Still well weighted as well and Ryan Moore booked |
|
By:
Good luck SS. Was hard not to be impressed by both Saintbury Lady and My Lady Grey lto, have plumped for the latter as she is with Tizzard who I like a lot.

Struggling for a selection this week.
I've had a look at one tomorrow and its average form is there for all to see but I think it may perform well tomorrow. SANDOWN 130 DARK SILVER Its been running some ok races off the pace and comes hope well without being impressive, stall 1 tomorrow at Sandown may be a good place to be, tucked away and mounts a challenge. There is 10 runners, ill back 5EW if 8run, ill be back to post the selection officially on the thread, less than 8 runners itll be win only. |
|
By:
Just put up Nayef Road to win

By:
Wish I hadn't now

By:
MJ, the bookies best friend certainly hasn't helped our cause today!
Was going to put one up at Salisbury but its been backed off the boards and we might need a bigger priced selection....I will wait for tomorrow. |
|
By:
Yeah didn't factor in the Mark Johnston barcode effect
0000010001 form numbers isn't uncommon with him ![]() |
|
By:
Althogh its other run on a left handed galloping track wasn't great to be fair, might be the fact it doesn't produce on these types of tracks

Good work by Tiger who provides the team with a much needed winner. I hope you stuck your 2 picks in a double, sir?

Cheers lads, couldn't believe the prices, expected both of them to be much shorter, no double just straight win bets.
