From the sublime to the ridiculous! No selections met my criteria today.
An 'interesting' month. On the plus-side I've had my 3rd best month profit-wise. I also had a pretty good Strike-Rate. However, it would appear that I am unable to 'find' enough selections that meet my criteria. Logic tells me that if my Strike-Rate has improved (which over the months it has) then I should not be surprised to find that I have fewer selections. This logic is not watertight - but it is not unreasonable.
Obviously, given time, the profits will grow as the Bank grows. It is just going to take considerably longer than I had anticipated. My original goal of reaching £100K this year is not going to happen - BUT - if I keep this current level of performance going forwards then the only limit (with this particular 'product') is the liquidity of the markets. It will be interesting to see what the limits are. My current estimation is that I will start to hit liquidity issues as I close in on profits of around £5K per day. (Obviously a way to go!)
I have 2 other 'products' lined up and I may trial them in December. Should the results that I have obtained while testing these products (I have been paper-trading them) carry on into the real world then I may see a significant improvement in my performance. We shall see. The main thing is not to rush into it but rather let them evolve.
