not surprisingly for me he lost 5-7, 4-6, 6-3, 4-6, led with a break in set 1 immediately broken back, broke back in set 2 and won set 3 with 1 break, failed on serving to stay in the match in set 4. As he said he's not yet able to construct points on grass as he can on clay or hard. Next year he plans to use more time accomodating on grass (the season being 1 week longer and not staying in Paris after being eliminated).
Next tournaments Hamburg, Gstaad and Kitzbuhel. current ranking 57 (52nd in race), Wimbledon will gain him 1 pt (10 in race). |

outsider against Vesely to favourite against Granollers doesn't make sense, shouldn't have been outsider to Vesely anyway but I would have this match near evens, I remember Granollers being tired at Barcelona too
