Must be the most bizarre thread in the history of the specials. Thousands of posts saying he can’t possibly lose and no one backing him with their money. 4.9 £100 sitting there was hours and then 5.0 appears. ![]() Personally think he’s very big at 7/2-4/1. I’ve moved some Keely money onto Luke so much closer in green. Think it would be a sham if Luke won because he doesn’t deserve it and would ruin SPOTY going forward. Who cares about Xmas number 1 since it was scammed by Rage against the machine. Maybe Cider ![]() |

No need to interfere with this market, if moneybuyers still want keely .
All the greening up, levelling off should be done by now, so this is pure sentiment. Some of us will be too stretched in the bank to take more. Or we just wait and see what prices the moneybuyers push lukey out to, it could get even better |

I keep hearing about a massive drift though and he's still 4.5? The same price he was after the backwash went out

Hibore I backed Littler at 4.8 last night. Was only £73 and put a small back up at 4.9 that wasn't matched overnight. Decided that I think he's reached his peak now. Even though I think Keely wins everything has it's price, and I think he trades shorter as casual punters will back him

Clyde is nay a daftie
By:
There's clearly no strong confidence behind the Littler protestations
By:
Clearly clyde is a daftie

cheers GB

It's almost like this can only be settled by public vote :)
By:
It’s not going as you thought though. Army saying would be 1.01 once nominated is obvious nonsense but you seemed to indicate he would be flip flopping Keely or at worst much shorter than he is.
By:
You said he wouldn't be nominated lol
By:
Both totally wrong then.

First time for a while the SPOTY vote will actually be an interesting one.
Just a shame we will never get to see the actual figures though too, thanks to the scummy beeb and their use of votes. |

There has been 9 Women Athletic gold champions but one year had two. So only 8
Mary Rand W (Ann Packer 3rd same year) Mary Peters W Tessa Sanderson n/w Sally Gunnell 3rd Denise Lewis 2nd Keely holmes W Christine Ohuruogu n/w Jess Enis 2nd 3 times from 8 goes is pretty p1ss poor, given Athletics is at its most weakest ever now. With every sport on tv and easily accessible through the internet. |
By:
He did flip flop with Keely when he was nominated
So you're doubly wrong Hib, and it's still early morning |
By:
Jess vs wiggo not a bad parellel
I prefer adlington vs hoy though |
By:
She managed 3rd after being odds on. Hammy was fav late on and lost to Hoy 7/1
By:
He may have flip flopped but it was hardly the mass move to backing him that army predicted was it, with him staying clear favourite...?
By:
283k vs 146k an absolutely corking jock vote
By:
Hammy was 163k
By:
You can halve those totals now the way spoty has gone down the pan
By:
Littler's floor was 3 after nominations. Typo on Keely that results in a 50% book doesn't count as a flip flop.
Army wrong in spades too. Missing at least KJT DAS and Fatima. Post is irrelevant anyhow. Jo Pavey 99k votes last female white runner in the shortlist. |
By:
Adlington was the summer time hero, i guess backers just didn't want her sitting on their knee as much as keely
By:
Littler was 2.4,, If you can't even read a chart you shouldn't be dissing army

read Clyde one winner in 52 years |

When I looked he was over 4. that would've been maybe 20 minutes after noms. I was looking at the other 2 markets at 7am where I was FF
![]() |

impressive from our women gold medallists

By:
2.4 was the evening of the following day. There was a brief big money plunge and the 2.4 was an outlier
By:
There was little matched on other markets so your FF would have been better utilised having a w@nk
By:
Lucky for whoever laid it. Suspect it was the same person mainly responsible for the plunge. I think he realised later he'd made a mistake

By:
Over £160 @ 2.58 w/o and over £200 at 1.6+ top 3 plus small lays. Laid off at 1.38 ave and backed what was available on Root at 15+ so decent enough

He didn't stay favourite for any duration, as army was predicting...not too complex a point really bear... |

By:
bearcub you are talking shyte
By:
How am i talking shyte, everything i've said is fact
You on the other hand have turned talking shyte into an art form, and have done for years |
By:
If you are telling the truth the graph is incorrect. A fact I hadn't considered

Well what have i posted that's incorrect?
