Looking at the final country to vote the last 2 years, they've given the country who topped the jury vote 12 pts. So who does Lithuania give 12 pts too?

in 2011 italy sky rocketed up the scoreboard towards the end but they didn't win. later it was revealed that italy won the jury vote. the public vote that year had a different winner so this year could be the same where the overall winner will be winner of one set of voters and then sencond, third or lower with the other set of voters.

So youre thinking that a country that soars at the end of the voting is the likely winner of the jury vote?

Russia have a good finish to the voting, as do the Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

My stats are based on 6 years of voting, and Belgium have competed what, one time, in the final that period, so their stats are likely influenced by their score on that vote in comparison with other countries which are averaged over a number of votes.

I expect Russia to lead the voting from vote 16 on, be caught by Azerbaijan on vote 24, and then go ahead again until the voting is won.

between votes 9-15 I have Azerbaijan winning.
