Agreed GB, overs may be strong singers but it'll take quite something to get any of them to win imo

I'm taking 4.5 Gary first eliminated

Didn't like her last year. Old cruise ship tarts are never gonna win this

Kye Sones now 14/1 @ badcrooks, you got to think the good prices are a cynical ploy to get cash on nonrunnersBlush

I've watched the first 2 episodes of X Factor USA. There's no presenter, the Laguna Beach/Hills/TOWIE contrived backstage drama is even worse than it is here, Britney really does look like a hard faced slapper these days, Demi whatsherface looks far more evil than The Bride Of Chucky ever did and I can well believe Cowell had a break down earlier this year because I've thought he's been losing his mind for at least 2 years.

He should have stayed here on ours and stuck with American Idol over there.

Is it on TV over here TM or online? Assume we will have a market on here. TBH I don't care how bad it is so long as I can get a bet on it.

Anyone tried Youwin bookies? They look like they will have a USA XF book?

I read on DS that it starts on ITV 2 in a couple of weeks

And if anyone has an account with youwin wouldn't mind feedback. Reviews online seemed to say only drawback was email support only but that seems to have been addressed with live chat.

Don't mind sticking a few hundred up anyway just to find out for myself. Odds seem reasonable.

GB2  Bookmakers Review rate them as `1`, which means:

`Very poor. Assigned to bookmakers which have failed to fulfill their obligations and/or promises in multiple occasions. You do not want to play with bookmakers rated 1.`

Note the last sentence...

thanks will avoid.  Some well ranked I can join e.g. 188, sbo, pinnacle, VC (lousy limits iirc).  Not sure which have specials markets.

I quite like intrade but they only seem to do AI and they limit you to 250 quid a month putting cash in so really I should be sticking that in each month now in readiness.

Hi GB2 opened a/c with youwin last year to back Cav, won about 700 in 4 separate bets, biggest allowed was £20 at 17. Also won on Little Mix with them (max win around 150 allowed). Only ever bet on specials when they were best priced, so not suprisingly was quickly heavily restricted and now a write off. Rather annoyingly last deposit was 300 for a bet on Serbia at 1.18 ECS top 10 which got declined (offered about 7 quid) and then got bank charged about 3 quid to withdraw as they are Euro based.
Had no issues with earlier payouts, but you wont last long if you win.
Would say they are nowhere near as bad as say 188bet, who have restricted very quickly, and wont let me withdraw last deposit intended for a bet which got declined, until I've played through it on their worst-odds footy or something. Robbing basterds.

X Factor 2012 hopeful isn’t missing, Xtra Factor’s Caroline Flack has insisted today.

Reports over the weekend suggested that bosses were searching for the homeless 26-year-old after they lost contact with him after his audition.

But Caroline played down the claims of a big manhunt for the singing, who wowed the judges with Damien Rice’s Coconut Skins.

“There is a lot of concern for Robbie…but it’s not a big massive manhunt,” she told This Morning on ITV1 today. “The producers got in touch with him last week, they did speak to him and they just couldn’t get hold of him over the weekend to tell him his audition was on.

“This isn’t a case that he’s completely gone missing, it’s just a case of that they could not get hold of him.

“So it could be a case of that he just didn’t have his phone or maybe he hasn’t got a phone at the minute… they still haven’t got hold of him, but I’m sure he’s okay, they just want to hear from him.”

Caroline added: “He does make it to Boot Camp and there’s a massive story with him next week which obviously everyone will see.”

Robbie became one of the favourites in the boys category after wowing the panel at the London auditions.

Louis Walsh told him: “Robbie I think you are a very talented guy but I don’t think you have had a break in life and I think you absolutely deserve that.”

from The Sun

X FACTOR wannabe Robbie Hance has a criminal past – he nicked £1,500-worth of goods from a pal’s flat.

And he was also fined £400 for damaging property in a separate incident in 2009.

Homeless Robbie dazzled the judges on Sunday with his take on Damien Rice’s Coconut Skins.

But one viewer of the ITV show was far from impressed.

Mischke Weinreb said last night: “He may be a talented musician but the truth is he is also a thief.

“It just isn’t on that he is getting so much praise when he has a criminal past. People should know what he has done and be wary.”

However, an X Factor spokesman said Robbie had made producers aware of his offences but they decided to let him continue in the competition.

Mischke, 24, met Robbie in 2008 and, in January 2009 after he fell on hard times, she invited him to stay at her South London flat.

But weeks later he vanished with her flatmate’s laptop, other items and cash. He was given a police caution.

The revelation will upset contestants who shared a hotel with Robbie during the contest’s second stage — unaware of his criminal history. This weekend, viewers will see the troubled singer storm off stage after a massive meltdown during his boot-camp performance.

An insider said Robbie took a NAP instead of rehearsing with fellow contestants Jake Quickenden and Adam Burridge, then forgot his words and walked off stage, refusing to return.

Robbie is still living rough and bosses admitted they had lost contact with him for several days last week, although he finally got in touch with producers yesterday.

GARY Lineker yesterday publicly urged Simon Cowell not to screen ITV’s X Factor final at the same time as the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards.

The host of the post-Olympic and Paralympic show on December 16 called it a “special year”.

He urged Simon, on Twitter for “a lovely gesture and mark of respect to our wonderful athletes”.

ITV said there was “never a danger” of a clash.

Starboy Nathan was shown very briefly for about 10 seconds in a montage under his real name ie Nathan Fagan Gayle. One HS bookie went 33/1 very briefly,he is now a best priced 20/1.General consensus of opinion was he's not wanted owing to the lack of coverage, plus he wasn't shown in the audition montage at the end.
There is a clip on YouTube of him at BC performing a Labyrinth track.Apparently Labyrinth is signed to the Syco label,so whether they would want another artist in that mould must be questionable .
