I can't see any kicks to the head. All I see is the helpful police officer trying to put the mans sunglasses back in place on his face for his upcoming holiday.

Irish the comment taken out of context was in reference to whether a male copper can arrest a female Muslim woman, the assumption is that they can irrespective of protestations otherwise all criminals would identify as a female Muslim in this new aged clown world.
But I deferred to the fact the clip I was referencing showed the police eventually arresting the female Muslim irrespective of all the leftie denouncing.

Where I’m certainly not ‘going wrong’ with reference to the thread itself: I’ve had it explained from a barrister the division in this case regarding the potential of civil proceedings from the employer or a criminal charge against the officer. They both hinge on how likely or reasonable the officer;s claim is that he feared the gun was at risk.

Very few have seen the full evidence, but I’d say it’s quite strong….what I’m Certain about is that those protesting havnt evaluated it on such criteria, and have infact assumed it is brutalisation simply on an ethnic group not on the actions that led up to it.

It's nothing to do with the ethnic group. There was a video of someone kicking and stomping on someone else's head. That's where the accusations of brutalisation come from. Nothing to do with ethnicity. Except in your head.

…and the ‘community’ who protested were nearly all of one cultural heritage.

Did they evaluate the event on the above criteria having seen the evidence and heard the policeman’s testimony and read any protocols?
I doubt it very much

Off out into the mountains be back soon.

Dusty why do you assume that coppers know the Law.
Its patently obvious many of them do not in the MET or the GMC
They might of done years ago and been a lot nicer
Todays Coppers in the UK are trained without fully knowing the U K Law
....and the well trained Coppers ABC has always been

The feared the gun was at risk lie will be exposed for what if is.

The z firearms Officer was clearly out of control and incapable of following Police Procedure. He will lose his firearm certificate, probably lose his job and may face criminal proceedings ….. quite rightly.

Dusty doesn’t see he is the opposite cheek of the same backside as those protesting outside the Police Station.

Unless certain people want to watch the thugs continue to take over the streets, they'd better turn a blind eye to stuff like this. Then grow a pair and let the police get on with doing their jobs unhindered.
Unless of course anarchy is what they're after, and then use that as an argument to instal a different kind of regime to deal with crime. Sharia law for example.
These people play the long game.

I’d say the police have been hung out to dry with all this new fangled 5hite about woke this and that and scared of being called racist.
I actually saw Anderson in a Select Committee asking reasonable questions when some head of the fire service declared it to be institutionally sexist or racist I forget which and he asked what advantages do (either men or certain races have) and she struggled to answer.

But Anderson is correct, people are sick of seeing the police ‘dance around rainbows’ and if anyone loses respect for them as a result which is entirely likely then you going to get issues perhaps like this one. It’s not unfeasible that these people were taking orders, or believed the have privileges etc.

They don’t, and the police have a job to protect the public, I can’t see a jury finding against the copper on the info released this far, that would be a terrible precedent to say coppers can get knocked to the floor and a woman have her nose broken and force can’t be used if there was enough doubt as to whether continued compliance to an order was likely.

When this lawyer puts his case forward what will he say to the declaration that coppers had been assaulted?
My guess is they won’t simply say, yes that’s true….theyll say it’s all down to prejudice imo.
By:

Somebody has already come to the conclusion asking the question how likely would it be to see a copper boot a white guy in the face…and didn’t come up with perhaps the most reasonable solution as to why you don’t often see it-respect.

I don’t give a 5hit if I think a copper has got it wrong if they ask me to do something, it will out in the wash and right itself.
So if a copper requests I do something I don’t punch um in the face ffs.

genuinely laughed out loud at the idea that things will sort themselves out in the wash and there's no possibility that coppers or the system could be corrupt.

Still don't know what happened here. Reckon the copper will probably have to be sacked. The provocation and the lead up is one thing, but to have a serving copper on video stomping on someone's head is an awful look, and the prospect of his boss just letting him carry on working doesn't feel a likely outcome to me.

But most of us could probably remember or know someone who's been treated heavy-handidly by the plod. And it'd literally take seconds to find multiple examples of people fitted up by the fuzzfor crimes they didn't commit. This guy may be the bestest, nicest and fairest of them all, but he's been caught on vid and his uniform carries a long history of corruption and brutality which might mean he pays for the sins of his fathers.

Why do we not see media reaction and loony leftie meltdowns over any bullying or violence from the police to any white person?

Or do these incidents never happen?

Or is it, the media wouldn't get the hysteria, protests, race grifting and general bed wetting if they reported police bullying against a white man?

Hold on....

WACIST!! WACIST!!!!!

Pop

Well if it instinctively makes you laugh out loud that police injustices that you are aware of are so common to you I’d suggest you doing something very wrong, because I’ve had my encounters with the plod as have most of my mates at various levels, and I can’t think of one who didn’t deserve what they got, and not that hold a grudge about getting nicked etc.

Are you perhaps thinking about the hillsborough type thing? Where reasonable people agree blame was shared through all factors, including fans…but the error of inflated stories after the even by the police painting them in a bad light? That as far as I am concerned was a silly mistake…they didn’t need to make up stories, everyone who went to football knew the truth about the conduct of fans.

The Billionaire Socialists? Murdoch and Rothermere know how to pull the strings and divide the nation so they and their fellow Billionaires can collectively take our pants down.

Perhaps the defenders of the thug cop with all their legal acumen explain why last week 7 cops were suspended by Manchester Police separately for making racist comments. Is that your waycism Benny?

Why were  Manchester Police put into Special Benny?

Waycism or corruption?

Seven police officers are being investigated amid reports of alleged racial discrimination.

Five officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have been suspended and two have been placed on restricted duties after a "deeply concerning" report was made, the force said.

A statement from GMP said it had a "zero tolerance" approach to any discriminatory behaviour.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct said it had also begun an investigation after the force referred the matter, and would "ensure any discriminatory behaviour is dealt with appropriately".

Or that ‘lawyer’ who’s being made to look daft now.

Did you say it wasn’t racism pop?
Why have the come out with all the racist banners then?
Stating the GMP are racist?

As for defund the police pmsl
That democrat state agenda was dropped like a hot rock when they realised crime went through the roof where they attempted to implement it.

And what’s with the BLM?
Is the logic now that because the copper was white anything not white is an ally?
Brown and black haha
They still havnt read their scripture I sense
How about the terrorist claims, I’m assuming that linked to the politics of the Middle East…but Arabs don’t give 2 sheets about BLM

Greater Manchester Police's top cop has said he 'profoundly regrets' shock and upset caused by footage of officer kicking a man in the head during an arrest at Manchester Airport.

In an appeal for calm issued this evening (July 26), Chief Constable Stephen Watson said the force is committed to aiding an investigation into the incident being undertaken by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).

But, these people keep coming into the UK - legally or illegally. The UK cannot be that inhospitable or bad!

I read just yesterday the police in a S Asian country went into a hospital to drag out the leaders of the protesters on the streets their who were being treated for injury inflicted by the police policing the protest.

We cannot have foreigners in the country who are not UK law and life conducive and/or language, culture and tradition conducive.

I do not condone what happened and the force used by the police officer to "manage" the person on the floor. If I may I'd like to ask whether the disturbance and/or the force used by that police officer had taken place if the disturbance had not happened and/or those involved had followed the advice and instruction of the police officers on the concourse?

I think there could be more than what'd been reported.
