Still laughing at "beginning of a quasi-anointment process" because he let him speak for 2 minutes at the end of a 45-minute press conference.

Yes, it seems that I should just suck it up.
You know, I went to see the movie Casino when I was at uni. Drove a bunch of my housemates to a multiplex outside the city. We got there late, one of them asked us to wait or him while he went to the loo. No way, but I did save him an aisle seat and spend the first fifteen minutes continually turning my head around to spot and beckon him. He didn't turn up. Oh well. I figured he must have slipped in and I missed him. About an hour later suddenly he lands with a thump on the seat next to me. "I went into the wrong screen. I've just seen the last hour of the movie." I sat there thinking, well, what's going to happen next is as clear as the morning sun itself. Sure enough, at the climax, "Oh! Yeah! This is the bit where!" |

America should just split into two countries, Reps and Dems, everybody has to shuffle to the left or right dependant on their political persuasion, then everyone's happy.

I was only really interested in going long Pence, but logically I should be laying Trump too.

If Trump gets his rulings and his price slumps dramatically to one point something, I am going to lay the fxdux out of him.

Is he still on about the 12th?
I thought we’d be paid out by now! If there were a massive earthquake on the West coast and half of California was submerged Lex Luthor style and Biden and Harris died as did Chump but Mike Ponce survived, Betfair would still declare Biden the winner of the 2020 USA Presidential Election Market! The Offside Rule would have as much influence on the decision to pay out as did the lbw Law and that would be as much as the Twelfth Amendment. The 12th is an interesting hypothetical and I have always wondered what would happen if so thank you chaps for educating me but right now I am done with it. I want my filthy lucre! |

FXDUX - there can only be two winners, Biden or Trump as the rules are very clear:
Next President - Rules Event Start Time 03 November 2020, 10:00 Win Only Market MARKET INFORMATION Who will be elected to be the next President of the United States of America as a result of the 2020 presidential election? This market will be settled according to the candidate that has the most projected Electoral College votes won at the 2020 presidential election. Any subsequent events such as a ‘faithless elector’ will have no effect on the settlement of this market.[/b] Once the votes are finalised Biden will likely have the most projected electoral votes, even if Georgia is flipped for Trump. Therefore the market pays out on Biden irrespective of any chicanery that might go on after that. As well as Georgia Trump needs to flip Pennsylvania and one other to go ahead. But Pence, or Harris, cannot win no matter what goes on. |

Unreal that they've settled North Carolina and not say, Nevada.

What about the 12th? You spent a lot of time educating us on it? Is it as much use as the off side rule or lbw law in settling this? |
|
By:
and didn't you say Mike Ponce was good value?
|

Probably want var brought
in to have goal ruled out for lbw such is the tosh he spouts. |

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump · 55m He won because the Election was ****. NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS allowed, vote tabulated by a Radical Left privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation & bum equipment that couldn’t even qualify for Texas (which I won by a lot!), the Fake & Silent Media, & more! Trump admits Biden won! Will Betfair pay out now I wonder? ![]() |

I made two posts on the morons your bus is leaving thread, in one last desperate attempt to enlighten the gaslighting idiots on this forum, but a petal obviously complained and my 972 post count went down to 970.
Receiving a majority of the projected votes, the stage after the stage we are at now, doesn't mean receiving a big box of projections from CNN and Reuters, it means receiving those votes which were (previously) projected. Specifically, receiving those votes, which had been projected or predicted, but which in our current plight were forecast without enough certainty to be conclusively indicative. It's a fine point, and it's manifestly way beyond the pea-brained capacities of the snickers bar crawlers. The candidate with the projected majority wins. Provided there's certainty in that projected majority. So, the candidate who receives those votes, those projected votes, who ACTUALLY receives those votes which were predicted/projected earlier down the line, wins. The question an intelligent person would ask is, when DOES a candidate receive the majority of those votes-which-were-projected-by-some-networks-previously-on-la-law-but-not-with-sufficient-certainty? There are two possible answers. They receive those votes[whichwereprojecteddotcom] at the meeting on 14 December when the votes are actually cast and received. Or, they receive them on 6 January when Congress opens all the votes, counts them, and conclusively decides who has which votes, in the event of dispute. In 99.99% of elections, receiving a majority of the votes[voteswhichyesareprojectedinthesensethatoncetheywereuponatime] on 14 December would be seen as copiously certain by Betfair to pay out. But there is always the exception. And the exception is an election where there is counting or litigation that takes place after the electoral college meets, that causes a certified vote, and not just a certified vote but a duly cast electoral college vote, to be held as something different when the Congress meets in January. It happened at least once before, and this election may, or may not, have the ingredients for it to happen again. So, the moment of receiving the projected majority, which-at-the-point-it-is-received-is-no-longer-a-projected-majority-but-an-actual-majority, if one was being fully prudent taking into account Betfair's rules specifying alternative settlement in accordance with the Twelfth, which we would only know if things do take a turn on 6 January, ought not to be seen as 14 December but 6 January. Is the full, correct answer. |

Frankie chill out!
I mentioned 14th December and 6th January in an early post too. If the election is going to be stolen it would have been on 6th January but the votes will be in by then. The old men in the GOP will have to have made a move by then. The recounts will be done well before then so the 12th will have as much effect as the offside rule. Incidentally someone showed me a clip of Michael Moore when some of Bernie Sanders votes at their electoral college went to Shrillary. It does happen. |
