There probably 100's of people who have 2 accounts, who the fk cares. Get on with your life, it doesnt effect anyone. Betfair can't prove it.
Collusion is the real issue. I am sure betfair are doing their best in this regard. Lets take a vote on jake: 1) tommy the tank - how much more will he lose raising utg with 63 off? 2) tomqueen - have u ever seen him win? 3) Nickh69 - when will he ever get the message and go back to low limits ? |

Is multi-accounting against the Betfair rules?
If so it should be stuck to, can't pick and choose which rules suit you. However a lot of players who multi-account play exactly the same style/games/stakes, etc and are pretty obvious to regular players. |

Right-so we have established that multi-accounting is allowed by betfair even though it is against their t & c's.So it begs the question what else are they prepared to overlook?And if there is no benefit from multi-accounting then why do it? If you do not think that multi-accounting is wrong then you carry on playing.Betfair-if you think its ok then carry on ignoring it. If you do not think that there is ANY collusion going on undetected then you carry on playing.Betfair will not do anything anyway. Brasilnut-you are sat there with $985 which is obviously your whole roll.I commend you on your bankroll management skills by playing 25c/50c limit. |

Can you please take the private tourneys onto a seperate tab or at least have some kind of note to say it is private.
I understand that you have to have 70% Maltese staff but you have to make more effort in finding those whose English is up to the job. I am constantly being asked to repeat myself and then, I think because they do not play poker, they do not have the answer to simple questions but have to ask me to h old on. They then come back to me to say they will ring me back, but never do. I am a beginner and you would think they would encourage me, not hinder me. All customer service people should have played poker. I agree with most of the above replies. |

I'm a low level stakes donkfish. I bet on betfair and first started playing on the site twelve months ago. Played a few stgs, mtts, sngs. Not played for a while in those, went to poker stars - easier to get a game when I wanted etc. I now play regularly on betfair, but only on the freeroll tourneys. I will now never consider playing in cash games or money tourneys cos of the comments made on here (that's the forum in general, not just this thread) until members issues are addressed, seen to be addressed and fully rectified. On my own, I don't suppose it matters a jot. But, how many others think like me and are also put off by the crappy software etc. End of. cheers. |

I have not posted on here for a few years and generally don't read the forum but I have been informed that I am being maliciously accused of wrongdoing. Let me get a few things straight here: 1) I am NOT the same person as Direstr8. 2) There is nothing wrong with friends or relatives having different accounts. It does not breach any rules. 3) I ran a blog a number of years ago ( have not posted on there in 3 years ) and it might still be up, I dont know. Iits laughable to think I would state I have 2 accounts when I clearly do not. You are in fact contradicting yourself by stating I have 2 acccounts but then saying thats its ok for a friend or relative to have a different account. 4) I base my play on the utmost integrity and have never colluded. My hand histories are open to inspection at antyime. I am sure betfair have in fact examined my hands from time to time like any player, as a matter of routine. I have taken my losses at certain times fair and square without complaints. In fact, on the contary, I have emailed betfair on a few occasions to take action against suspected colluders. I am happy to say they have been very courteous and active in this regard. Could you kindly refrain from using this thread and forum from waging a personal , malicious and unfounded attack on me. Your comments are unwarranted, biased and untrue. I don't know who you are and to be honest don't really care, most likely you are Nickh69 . Well it isnt really becoming to abuse players and call them insulting names after virtually every hand you lose. Anyway I don't want to speculate further. I am not going to post further on this topic and its pointless to use this forum or thread to wage personal attacks or flame other players. I have tried to be polite here and stated the facts so that the players who know me appreciate me clearing the air. As for the abuse well yes I have retaliated against the likes of you and Brasilnut.You got personal and abused me and my family-for a paid employee of Betfair to do this at the tables is hardly good pr. I enjoy playing limit and like my gambling money to last as long as possible.I have no delusions about making money in the long term nor do I need to-but I won't just hand it over to a group of colluding,multi-accounting,racist,abusive,no-marks.
