Why do you keep changing the tournament schedule and removing the popular tournaments? You have changed the mtt schedule a hilarious number of times when the key to a successful site is a mtt schedule which builds on its existing schedule rather than balldozing it every 3 months.

Howcome most of the tournaments are either turbo or super turbo?

how come i would rather play on ladjokes ????

How many people have you barred for collusion on your site and how much money have you returned to players who have lost out through this in the last 12 months? When are you going to get some effective software to combat this?
When are you make a serious attempt to stop all the people who have multiple accounts on betfair poker? |
By:
and why does the UK data protection act protect "Romanian"* players on a site based in Malta?
* Insert Dutch/Finnish as appropriate |

You raped me for over £600 in premium charges yesterday so what sort of fool would I be to play on your poker site?
TIA x |

Collusion and use of language other than English in chat - what are you doing about it?
On that self same subject, in D2Ns why not disable chat at the first all-in or at the first elimination? Why do you use software that looks as though it was designed at the time of rationing? Why can't you get the structure of an STT right despite us having online poker for donkey's years? Will that do for now? |
By:
Please can you bring in player to player transfers! This will deffiantly increase traffic as when a person goes broke they can get there mates to send them money quickly and effectively!
|
By:
What are you doing to increase traffic to the site?
|
By:
why are you still insisting on runing your own software?
it has clearly been an experiment that has gone wrong. no one really thinks giving it a go was a bad idea, but now surely its time to admit it was an error and try to get back into the mainstream market and rejoin with a bigger poker company |

I also would like to know what steps you take to detect collusion and what punishments are in force for players you have found colluding.
Additionally I would like to know if any players have ever been banned from betfair poker for collusion. Not money laundering, taking advantage of faulty software but COLLUSION. I would like to know why every time collusion is reported, Betfair hide behind the data protection act while other sites subject to the same laws report results of investigations and refund monies. I would also like to know whether betfair poker has ever refunded money to players as a result of collusion. |

Here at Betfair Poker your views are important to us. We are always keen to improve Betfair Poker to meet your needs |

There's a lack of low/ medium stakes ($1 to $25) regular MTT's, every game seems to be a turbo/ super turbo or all in donkfest, this include satellites to all the decent higher stakes games.
Stability is not an issue now but the volume of traffic could be higher. Have you thought about purchasing one of the smaller poker sites for their userbase? |

Most current players on Betfair fall into the following categories-
1.Short term merchants pocketing the over generous sign-up bonuses you offer to a variety of far flung countries. They then move on to either a new site or dare I say it a new account. 2.Regular multi accounting colluders who are laughing at your policy to kop out and hide behind the data protection act. 3.A load of bullies around a pool in florida threatening and stalking anyone who dares to win a couple of stts against them. 4.The chosen few who are on massive cake back and are officially called 'props'. 5.Sleepwalker-cant think of a category to place him in so he can have his own. Can you tell me whether Betfair feels that their policy of encouraging the activities of these groups has enhanced their poker site in both the short and long term? |
By:
why have you ignored the dozen or so threads similar to this where respected forumites have tried helping you by making suggestions
then wait while they are all so frustrated at you pressing the self destruct button taht they have all gone elsewhere |

What use are earning poker points if you don't really gamble on the site or fly to European destinations in a private jet?

I have been really impressed with the innovative promotions and improvements to the site that have been made since Betfair set up their stand alone site. Whilst there are still minor tweaks that could be made to make things even better I think all concerned deserve a heary pat on the back. I think what we'd all really like to know is what makes Bruce Stubbs and his team so special. What is it in his approach to work and life that sets him apart from the rest of us.
Any advice would be great. Well done Bruce! |

this is laughable :)
in fact its pathetic , you have managed to completely destroy a poker site. how that can be done by what must be a reasonably small group of supposedly educated people is beyond me. you have the backing and brand-name of one of the most innovative gambling ideas this century. ack i could go on but no one will listen so pointless. just laughable nowadays. although a shame. some really good people on here whom i would consider friends. used to be such an enjoyable experience playing here and a sense of community. seriously , how hard could it be to destroy the site? it must take real dedication to do that. would be harder to totally destroy it than make it at least run at a slight profit. someone should expose you all. now you make some sort of grannyish plea asking what we can do to make the site better :) ha ha ha would need to be some serious promotions or the like to get me back playing in this disgrace of a site. and even then , i would take the free money and happily un install till next time. thats how much you have destroyed the site. my advice to make it better? close it down , dismiss everyone associated with making the site fail in its present state. sell the software. and start again. let us know whats on your mind . laughable :) |

why waste your time with stupid threads like this?
you NEVER properly listen to customers feedback anyway. offically the worst site on the net for customer service/feedback |

A: Leaderboard money to return to previous amounts to make it worth playing for. THink you said previous it was chopped due to Ceasers promo so can it return to original levels.
B: Player transfers wld be good. C: Why do you have announced games jsut put them on there and let people join ffs. D: More deepstack games with decent buyins and proper sats to them E: Why did it take so long for you to finally sack Bruce and who is the new kid on the block. May I make a suggestion that you try and woo back Tarquin Crabstick who is doing wonders in his new post at Aviva, GREEN ARMY |
By:
1) Why ask us to report colluding then just quote ''data protection'' when we ask, what, if any, what steps were taken?
2) Why have an ''English only'' chat rule? 3) Will you be introducing new games (Stud, Oma Hi/Lo etc)? 4) Can we have late entry into MTT games, or at least keep them open until actual starting time? 5) Do you really care if people have multi accounts? |
By:
Betfair could be a lot better and attract more cash players if it followed the lead of some of the big american sites and introduced a wider selection of games such as:
50bb min tables for those who dont want to play against a table of short stacker who either push or fold pre flop. Deep tables (200bb etc) Also a nice software feature would be auto rebuy so you dont have to keep topping up your *****manually. Being able to reload after losing a big pot, and being able to play the next pot with a full stack would be nice. Obviously it's annoying to lose 3/4 of your *****and get dealt AA the next hand with a 1/4 stack. I'm certain that if a poll of all the cash game players was taken an overwhelming majority of them would be in favour of these changes and I cant see why anyone would have any objections to them |
By:
Minimum buy-ins,player to player transfers, reload buttons etc are all good ideas but a bit too advanced for the software programmers who can't even stop a d2n when it has finished.
|
By:
Awww Jake I like that bit.

Don't worry Lisa the chances of it changing are similar to those of punterz and arbboy having xmas dinner together...

You really want to know what is on my mind eh?
When I think of Betfair this is what is on my mind, (in no particular order): **ing players Incompetent management Woeful customer service Unreliable software MTT schedule is a joke crapshoot structures F U L L T I L T is superior P O K E R S T A R S is superior Do you really think you can catch up? After all you have been in te poker business for several years and only really seem to go backwards. |

If Brucie has indeed been given the old heave ho...
may I be first to wish him all the best in his new post at the Royal Mail |

You've spent years not listening to plenty of consructive criticism and recommendations both on this forum and through direct communication, that the majority of us play elsewhere mainly but still use the forum.
Maybe it would be worth revisiting these prior comunications and actually taking time to understand them and implement them. When Betfair first went alone we were told these problems would take a time to sort but "look where we will be in 12 mths" - how long ago did the 12 mths expire and how little got fixed. Maybe it's worth your staff taking a look at your competitiors and see what works for them, as thats where people who were previously loyal to your site can now be found. As a basic parameter, stable software that is appealing on the eye, fully functional, with a decent range of games offered and decent traffic so that the games run regularly is a framework to start from, the rest of the information is readily available or been told to you many many times. |

2) Why have an ''English only'' chat rule? or an even better question would be - why have an English only chat rule AND NOT ENFORCE IT? |
