the PO/fijitsu new the system was faulty early on so they didnt need any prodding/convincing,so the speed camera scenario only works to show everyone else,so if it was one speed camera in 500 different towns who,d flag it up,weve all paid fines because of single car park camera failures in seperate towns, that was the point till mr bates managed to convince people not to be threatened.scared and got them together, their wasnt a group of 500 cases ,there were 500 seperate stand alone cases which BRADSHAW played on and convinced them they were the only ones with problems

I am finding it very hard to find the logic in all the varied compensation. financial redress schemes, Surely the original 155 should be given precedence above others who have just jumped on board recently. I hope the "do-gooders" don;t fck this up and create a morass of confused legal issues.

as opposed to the thieving/lying NON DO GOODERS who caused it all in the 1st place

I'm sure you get my point.
The NON do-gooders created the mess, the do gooders have to sort it out. Getting it right is no easy task I am sure you also agree. |

Those at the Post Office post proven responsible in the future for this despicable miscarriage of justice and victimisation could be liable to criminal prosecution, according to BBC News.
I sincerely hope so. The rogues at senior level in the Post Office knowingly and willingly allowed this heinous crime must be brought to account legally; a dose of their own medicine is just retribution, and probably therapeutic too. |

To be fair, whatever you think of the BBC - anyone that was still defending the Post Office after the Panorama programme in 2015, probably does want locking up.
