I rarely critique jockeys on here, it's pointless in many cases and although Paul wasn't responsible for the incident, i thought he should have been more aware of the stablemate, a 125/1 outsider who was only having her 3rd run and was ridden by an apprentice. Obviously easy for me to say this, i accept.

He stayed on the outside in her previous race over CD and i expected the same this time.

Never mind, she lost and that's it, but hopefully she can get redemption at Cheltenham, i think she's useful.

Morning All,

A suggestion for the Denman Chase today, worthy of a small interest in current conditions. Does He Know has a career record on ground officially good or good to firm that reads 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 2 - 1. He just might be the only one of the contenders in that field today who will actually enjoy the dry ground. And he also has a record of running well after a break - first run today for three months.

Thanks for the input and good luck. I've layed Hitman in the race, im not convinced he's a 160 chaser, trip and going (to a kessoer extent) still a question mark

I guess it appears i was. Not sure what happened, it was meant to read lesser extent as well. I'm using my smart phone in a war museum in Ingolstadt, so maybe not concentrating.

Thanks. I wouldn't have got the winner either.

Gullibles Travels makes Jonny Swift look amateur!!!

Btw Stewarts, did you know there are direct flights into Dublin from Munchen or were you diverted via Schiphol like the red eyed Ikea Man?

Are you not convinced yet Stewarts?

When supposedly in Paris, could not tell you it was raining?
Promised photo's which turned up 3 weeks later, lifted from Google?
Dubious betting slips ditto,3 weeks late?
All flights via Schiphol until I mentioned direct flights?
Called Munchen Munich until I mentioned the fact?
Concedes to you strange travelling and he was staying in Gatwick anyway,no mention why beforehand?
3.75 hours door to door as he does not have to check in or travel like the rest?
No security checks etc?
Always on his snapchat group, why 3 weeks for falsified photos?
Always reference to some location he hopes to confuse with?
Refers to giving his GERMAN mobile number, why not just mobile number?
BTW would NOT access BF via such a number even with a VPN?

Despite the other MASS of evidence a few still choose to pretend they have not been conned, sounds to me stewarts,YOU have him sussed!!!CoolWink

Anyway a simple context is that if someone casts doubt then simply disprove an allegation?

Can Ikea Man do this? 1.01 cannot and will not attempt to answer just this evenings assertions, not because he has me blocked but because he knows a FACT when he sees one!!!

Relaxed here for a barrage of defence of him and explanations,my Ace up the sleeve is Dave Brannigan, look him up!!!DevilWink

Most of the regulars on the thread have blocked him - you two seemed to have accurately assessed his level. I presume he's still posting the same obsessive, deranged drivel that has been his stock in trade for what feels like the last fifty years. The worst case of OCD I've ever seen.

CagliariG, i really don't know why you are bringing my name into this, i don't know anything about VPNs or whatever, no interest to me, i haven't flown for well over 20 years so have no interest or knowledge of where planes fly from or too and finally i wouldn't know what a Bratwurst sausage was if one came flying through the air and hit me in the eye, again not interested, please leave me out of your feud!
Andrew seems a very genuine and decent poster to me and has met many other posters from here and got mentioned in the Dublin festival blog from the betting ring acknowledging he had a 1500/500 bet on Lossiemouth with AK bookmakers, this trying to involve me in your arguments is one of the reasons i have dropped out of the Team Tipster competition.

Good afternoon Guys,

25 posts since my last one on Saturday afternoon, and it appears the poster CagliariG took far too many 'happy pills' during the evening, but racing first.

A profitable day for the thread, 3 selections with a couple of outsiders both placing and a lay of the 9/4f fav Hitman in the Denman chase who finished 2nd. A bet in the 2/TBP market at evens was suggested for Elixir De Nutz (SP 7/1) joint outsider of the quartet after a NR in the Game Spirit chase and he duly obliged finishing 2nd behind last years' winner. Greaneteen, the 1/2f was disappointing. The win and 4/TBP selection Yorksea finished 4th (SP 20/1). Gary Moore had 2 entries, both finishing in the places, each one running well, but simply not good enough on the day. Both bets were subject to minor RF's.

I thought Jonbon would win the Kingmaker easily before the NR's, but those on at 1/16 watching live must have felt a little nervous at one stage. He may have had more in hand than it looked and was probably nothing for Arkle backers to be overly concerned with, but readers know i've been against him in this race for some time and i feel we saw the winner recently in El Fabiolo. I think Jonbon is a lay even at the new odds of 15/8.

Luccia kept her unbeaten record going yesterday with an impressive performance at Exeter, Nico looking over a shoulder more once and it would have been a travesty if a poor jump at the last flight robbed her of the win. Originally fancied for the Mares Novice at Cheltenham, the Supreme is looking an option now, but i hope she takes the lesser race, she would take a lot of beating there.

I didn't see any live racing over the weekend; Saturday afternoon i took the train to Ingolstadt, North of München for a walk-about, including the old military museum, and yesterday in Augsburg, a nice city west of here. We can buy a Bavarian travelcard valid for all transportation (including regional trains) in the state for 27 euros and add up to 4 more persons for only 9 euros each. A bargain really, but from April this year, DB will issue a monthly travel card for 49 euro's valid for all transportation (except ICE) anywhere in Germany as a 'cost of living' handout that is expected to be permanent. I will certainly make use of it at weekends with trips much further afield, and i will save money as i pay 63 euros for only 2 zones within München at the moment.

Many thanks to those for the supportive posts, much appreciated as always.

PHS

Thanks and WD

Stewerts Rise

I never thought for one moment CagliariG's words were based on input from you, no worries.

Workrider

Many thanks for the kind words, as stated before, it was good to meet you and friends, i was very thankful for the hospitality.

Good luck and have a nice Monday all.

.....................................

Yet again, the forum troll CagliariG had a meltdown making himself look silly in the process, and that's being polite. I blocked the guy last October, not that i ever read his threads, but i simply got fed-up seeing the usual inane drivel on this one. As there were many other posts referring to him, i was curious what he had been posting, although nothing surprises me.  My immediate reaction was laughter, as per the norm, facts are few and far between and as Jack Nicholson said in 'A few Good Men' "You can't handle the truth". This definitely applies in his case, he bends it and actually lies to suit his own agenda, in fact 4 letters in his profile name accurately describe him.

As a response, here is my version, that can actually be validated (his text in italics)

When supposedly in Paris, could not tell you it was raining?

Several posts on my 2022 thread discussing weather during Arc weekend, including 02 Oct 22 12.56 Raining and wind picking up.

Promised photo's which turned up 3 weeks later, lifted from Google?

On 17th Oct i stated i would post many photos proving i was in Paris for the Arc if he agreed to leave the forum for 6 months. He agreed on 19th Oct (most knew he wouldn't adhere to it) and photos in my gallery were approved by moderators on 22nd Oct. 3 weeks or 3 days ?

As for 'lifted from Google', he's obviously not heard of 'Search Google Images' to support his ridiculous claims. Several of the photos were taken of email confirmations on my laptop as well, hardly on Google.

All flights via Schiphol until I mentioned direct flights? and Called Munchen Munich until I mentioned the fact?

I've forgotten more about air travel than he will ever know and the München comment is just laughable.

When i was in the Saab, Linköping office, i travelled to the Bombardier facility Toronto often (several times a year) as well as Indonesia to visit my daughter, up to end 2018, each time using KLM as they use the local airport with flights to Schiphol. As a consequence, i always had a Flying Dutchman frequent flyer card with Gold status (never Platinum) that gave me increased air-miles and XP points, free flights, free entry to airport lounges and priority boarding etc, hence i use KLM often, it would be crazy not to. I don't have issues to transit, the flight from Schiphol to Heathrow is only 45 minutes anyway and i can eat and drink there free. I use Easy Jet occasionally and on this occasion my flight was only £88 return.

Does not have to check in or travel like the rest? No security checks etc?

I can't remember the last time i checked in at an airport for any airline, digital check-in online is common now, i actually have my boarding card sent to WhatsApp. Even for long haul i do the same, using 'bag drop' and many airlines have self-service labelling machines these days. Additionally, Ryanair charge £50 to check in at the airport, so why would i check in there. Hardly any queue at security check that took approx. 10 minutes, no baggage, no liquids, just a suit jacket, padded Winter jacket and a small back-pack with a tablet. I was staying at Gatwick North Premier Inn, across the road from the terminal with a short shuttle connection to South for Ryanair.

I guess the last time he took a flight, Charles Lindbergh was the pilot. Wink

Always on his snapchat group

I have never used Snapchat, i think he is confused with WhatsApp.

Refers to giving his GERMAN mobile number, why not just mobile number

My smartphone has dual SIM cards, one German number, the other Swedish and for the obvious reason. Several guys on here have my German one, a couple have both.

BTW would NOT access BF via such a number even with a VPN?

Obviously never been to Germany and tried it, and there are other BF guys in Germany that post. Same for Sweden.

My Ace up the sleeve is Dave Brannigan

I have no idea who this guy is, nor why i am supposed to know him. I checked the Züp Clearance files earlier (CagliariG googling this now) and that name is not on it, so he's not on the DLR, or the Oberpfaffenhofen airport complex.

CagliariG

Let it rest, you're not doing yourself any favours on here with the constant trolling (and not just on here). Concentrate on your threads, and i will do the same with mine, why create mental pressue for yourself.

Tanglefoot,

As time goes by, my fears to fly on the B737/MAX will obviously lessen to an extent where i may do so, but not yet. I've never worked for Boeing (i have for Airbus) but i know GB engineers who have, and are still in the USA on design modifications. Going back in time corners were cut as a rival aircraft the Airbus A320 was already in production and gaining a foothold, you may have seen a program on TV last year relating to this.

For legal/libel reasons, the below is based on 'apparently'.

Boeing were allowed to use 'self-certification' by the FAA and this is never a good thing, safety was compromised and there were 2 crashes. There have been software fixes and flight control system design changes since, but ideally anything impacting these should be performed from the onset, not subsequent implementation. To be fair, the aircraft has a good reliability record, but there have been 'incidents' that have to be reported, and the FAA have also issued several AD's (Airworthiness Directives) that are mandatory.

The B737/Max 7 differs from the Max 10, so this creates new training for pilots (ring a bell with the previous crashes ?)

Ryanair already have B737/Max aircraft (i have no idea how many exactly, albeit less than 100) but they also have an issue with the 200/8 series. Michael O'Leary wants an increase to 200 passengers that entails an additional exit for emergency evacuation requirements. Adding this on day one is easier than as a mod.

I certainly don't want to be classed as scare mongering, but i will not fly on the aircraft type this year, although i rarely fly Ryanair anyway.

Hi Andrew when I saw the words 'self-certification' I thought you were discussing the problems surrounding Flightlines medication programme last season. But it was worse. I fly Ryanair regularly every year and I have no idea what the aircraft I am flying on is. How would I know what plane it is?
