Thank you Vidou, beginners luck
|
By:
Yeah right Ryan ... you've been a lucky beginner for a long time now lol.

By:
Always learning aren't we?
|
By:

Going back to that write up for Legal Exit, what else should I add.
He won't be running if they get the rain tomorrow, despite the horse winning a maiden hurdle over hurdles on soft to heavy ground 3 years back - which sort of tells you the story as to how fragile this horse has been. He ran a encouraging race on his first start for Tom Lacey, when he met the fences on a nice stride, he really is a nice jumper. When he didn't quite meet them, he would almost stutter, and jump to the right. I'm not normally a fan of backing horses who finish a mile behind off 125, but as the money would probably tell you, there is a lot in his favour tomorrow. |
By:
Cheers mate.

Looks like the rain is due after Legal Exit's race, later on in the afternoon - great news.
He's in to favourite now (4.1), which I'm not sure I can justify. He could blow the field apart on his best form, but he could just as easily come no where too. Not one I'd want to be leaving my stake to run on. |
By:
Not much else today, but Winny could be good tomorrow looking at the size of the initial entries.
|
By:
2 of Lucy Wadhams for me today, Sunshine 2-45 San' and Potters 4-45 Fak'. no reason, just sentiment.

|
By:
Dunno what to make of that Ryan. Jumped well enough. But didn't cost anything, hope you took your own advice about not leaving stake on ?
|
By:
Yeah his last two finishing efforts would leave you concerned.
Strange for Deckie to hold him up, and then sweep to make the running - touched evens at the end of the back straight. Anyway, probably one to forget about tbh. GL with the Wadham pair. Looked at tomorrow? |
By:
only at the ascot bumper.but undecided.
|
By:
Sunshine's nearly halved in price !
|
By:
More than halved now, but afraid of Jessbers, ran at warwick saturday though.
|
By:
Looked a hard race for JD too.
|
By:
forecast was looking good 3 out.
|
By:
onwards and upwards.
|
By:
Shame, price wasn't too shabby either.
|
By:
did the betfair r/f @ 20
|
By:
Is there in running on the R/f?
|
By:
no
|
By:
but as there were only 2 places there, can always lay both, if both are short.
|
By:
but thats being wise after the event.
|
By:
lay both in place market I mean.
|
By:
Yeah, bit too much hassle for me.
Never really looked at the RF markets, hard enough picking a winner innit. |
By:
A little disappointing to see that both Dan and Fishers are the same price now as they were in the antepost book before the 3 n/r's.
|
By:
ok gents!
not sure iv'e had a great deal betting deputy dan early, price around the same and although iv'e gained the place could have bet 3 places on hear. was hoping a couple more(entered elsewhere) would have come out. |
By:
yeah but the 3 place market here will probably only offer about 1.6 not 6/5.
|
By:
Yeah not so bad on the place KIW, not sure if you were looking for a trade or not.
|
By:
will put a lay in around 2 for my win stake(my new year strategy)
minor blip today ryan(still hit 2), anything tomorrow? |
By:
Got my eye on a few, all in the handicap hurdles. Just waiting for the prices.
You? Bar DD ofc. |
By:
Made harder work of that than looked likely a furlong out.
|
By:
Congrats Rob.
|
By:
|
By:
That halved in price too.
|
By:
DD will probably be my only bet tomorrow.
was looking at sego success for national trial but think they are waiting for the grimthorpe at donny. good luck with your picks lads. |
By:
well done rob missed that was watching ruk.
|
By:
