I just nearly checked the website to see how I was doing in the monthly comp.

I think I'll wait for 10 days....

there isn't a monthly comp for March this year, just a Cheltenham one if I understand correctly

That's rough if anyone would have won it, but doesn't scoop the Chelt prize.

RIVERSIDE THEATRE has a hairline fracture to his pelvis and will miss the Cheltenham Festival in was revealed on Sunday.

He was a top-priced 11-2 second favourite for the Ryanair Chase.

Out of our top 3 lists, Riverside Theatre went into the 3rd placed one. Poquelin went in the 1st and 2nd placed list. Looks an easier assignment for Poquelin now the main rival is out of action.

all gone wrong here with Riverside in most lists..the only way I can sneak it now is for Mourad or Fiveforthree to win World hurdle and Wayward Prince to win RSA...A REMOTE POSSIBILITY AT BEST:-(

Poquelin beat 3 milers last time and Great Endeavour(moral winner IMHO)was absolutely murdered on the turn in, where he lost position and serious momentum. Kalahari King and Tranquil Sea will pose a far more serious threat.

Game over methinks, had a great run though. If What a Friend wins the Gold Cup @ around 50/1 I might still make the money[:)]

Poquelin was giving Great Endeavour 16lbs and won a length. He was giving Sunnyhillboy 22lbs and beat it 7 lengths. Can see much wrong with that.

The final stage of the TTF kicks off very soon.

Those on the main leaderboard will be torn between who they want to win from a betting perspective, and who they would like to win from a TTF perspective. Those not on the main leaderboard will be hoping to have an interest in the Cheltenham Festival prize!

Lots to play for, so good luck all!

It all happens over the next four days but I can't see it happening for me.  I just love the festival. Might play my video of Dessie to get me in the mood.

Went to a point and watched a youthful My Way de Solzen beat 15yo Thisthatandtother yesterday. It really warms the heart to see these old favourites still running and enjoying themselves.

Let's hope the horses come back safe and well.

Good luck everyone.

The leaderboard could well be turned on it's head by 6pm Friday. Ive lost Riverside Theatre, Diamond Harry, Solwith and now Binocular but am still irrationally optimistic. The Monday before the Festival is just like Christmas eve when you were a kid, Enjoy it and Good Luck allSilly

Looks like another near miss for me in the 10 To Follow. I was in 48th before today, and have got Long Run, but so has everyone else. Need at least 2 winners at Aintree to make the top 10.

I was 285th at Chelt with 245pts.
And I'm 912nd with 540 overall.

I'm amazed that the people in 8th overall and that were 2nd at Chelt never put any subs in.  Confused

Fronm the point of view of the Aintree comp, I've got a fair number of runners and have subbed some in the National.
A win for Denman would be bad for me.

Yep, IC would have given me a better chance of climbing upwards. Hoping for Binocular, Albertas Run & What A Friend to give me a lift (not sure if Big Buck's makes any difference). WAF alone would probably get me in the money as things stand, but he has to carry a big weight. First time in umpteen years that I've still had a shout come Aintree. Must be grateful for that.

Good luck to everyone else still hoping for something.

Happy
