With only 50-60 real contenders and 2 short priced favourites, there are some great odds available on players that have realistic chances to win or offer you a great trade in-play.

Robert Karlsson is one, I have been picking him up from 220s-330s which I consider fantastic value for a true world-class player that has the game for Augusta. He has played the course a fair few times now, hits it long and is up there as one of the best putters in the world.

For example from last years masters stats was 3rd in driving distance and 17th in putting! Big hopes for one of my big bets!

I was wondering where Lucas has been, not for punting purposes.

Has he just gone through a divorce?

Zach Johnson. I have been backing him for a few months now. His price on here is simply ludicrous!

Glover has been injured. Done his knee on a pedalo Laugh

Zach's price is hardly ludicrous. I think that he will drift out a bit.

Zach was a 50's poke for Bay Hill. He is three times that price for a limited, albeit better quality, field in Augusta. He is a past champion and is in good form. I make 150 a ludicrous price and will continue to back him at bigger prices, should they appear.

Zach was a 50's poke at Bay Hill. He is a past champion around Augusta and is currently in good form. This field is a limited one, with arguably fewer possible winners than almost every other week of the year. In my view 150 is a ludicrous price and I'm more than happy to continue backing him at the price. I will also gladly take bigger.

Think u could do alot worse than Mahan. Has played here enough to get the necessary exp with some really good performances. Has a win( might make it two tonight) this year and is playing as well as ever. Looks to have alot in his favour...Good price too.
Backed Karlsson last year Eric and he played really well, stuck to it despite not getting near enough to the lead to offer more encouragement..pretty good shout at the prices.
Haas is overpriced too!

One player I've backed heavily on here at big prices and have also backed today at 250s with PP is Edoardo Molinari.

I think the price is massive at around 500s on here and as an E/W punt with PP for 1st 6.

He is a class player that has plenty of bottle and no one would be surprised if he won a major one day. He has the perfect game for Augusta, 11th last year and nicely coming in to form over the past few weeks.

As longuns, for a possible trade I have played...

VILLEGAS
STANLEY
MOORE
OVERTON
BYRD
NOH

I'll get the heavy artillery out in the week and will top
up these for tens and twenties as we go, price dependant.

Three of those will not show.

Villegas
Moore
Overton

Unless they get a late invite.

Looks like the cats out of the bag with another of my big bets!

Been picking up Ross Fisher 390-570!!!! Amazing value in my book. Played here a few times and finished in the top 20 last year. Also been a 1st round leader so likes Augusta. But the biggest pointer for me was his performance in the Tavistock cup a two weeks back, won all his matches and joint winner of the individual at -5! No doubt he visited Augusta at the same time. Hardly played apart from the desert this year so under the radar.

i also like Karlsson, fits into all my trend selections (bar the no over 40 year old winners since o'meara).
But @230 to 1 you cant have it all. ill be on as my outside bet this week.

I just don't understand Ross Fisher. He has played virtually no competetive golf at all this season, and when he has, he hasn't done that well. Tavistock Cup is just a meaningless jolly, IMO. I can't believe that not playing a tourney for 8 weeks is good preperation for Augusta.

everybody is differnt remember Rory last year, hardly played before augusta and came and nearly blew them away!

For me the biggest plus for augusta is laser like irons into the greens, it gets you to the place you need to putt from. Ross is long enough no doubt off the tee, his weakness is his putting but his great strength is his irons.

Or so I am hoping, I can see him starting @ 250s come tee off, but would just love him to be 1st round leader again

Sang-Moon Bae @ 240 and 200/1 with the books is the best value long shot imo

Couldn't be having Fisher even at the massive prices, an lengthy layoff from competitive action is a HUGE negative. You can play all the practice rounds you want, but they don't have anywhere near the same merit as competitive rounds. There's being rested, then there's just being ring rusty...

Good luck though.

schartzel was a 2nd time winner eric, its not impossible for a 1st timer... although 38s for bradley doesnt do it for me

£5 on Brendan Steele and Kevin Chappell, both 1000.
By:

When: 01 Apr 12 23:29
I know its not impossible Day nearly did it last year, but it just makes it harder, there has to be some value in a 1st timer for me to part with my money and as you say Bradley is one hell of a player but 38s is no value. I will take a few 1000s shots, one of which is Stallings!

Hits it miles states it as his favourite course he wants to play having been to colledge  near by. Struggles putting so in reality hoping for a trade.

Another of my big orders complete.

David Toms 300-450s. Can not quite believe his price. Major winner returned to form one of the very best putters around and superb laser iron player! Only negetive is his length off the tee, but Zach Johnson did it, so taken a punt. Should be priced 150-200s IMHO

Agreed Maggot. I even took him at 230s ages ago after the good start to the season Cry Have topped up at the above 400s recently to make him my biggest winner.

Yes, Rhino. Out of all of the bigger prices, Crane is by far the best value, IMO. Huge green for me.

I do like snedeker for this, played well around here and putt and chips as well as anybody. I average about 120s on him if he goes higher I will add him some more.

Also after ditching Mahan @ 38 & 50s last night moved some of his money to Stricker

Also just picked Pod up for 160s more for a trade than any belief

As somebody else mentioned Stenson looks value to me, been hanging around the leader boards for the last month got him @330s which is good in my book. Will make him a mega winner should he drift past this.

Yes sean O'Hair is in my book 300-450s filled with what i wanted don't think i will add anymore unless he was to drift to 400s.

He has a great record around Augusta inclding two 66s! He can play
