Evening "guys"......been watching footy .....

Top2R - A bit knackered ....but did have a look at the site posted ...and will read more once feeling a bit sharper!!!!! Thanks for that.........intial though was that using an average margin is not being as accurate as you can on a particular bet.........Think so far the Kelly calculator is fine for use.....but I am still choosing wrong horse of 2 too often.

Think today was one of those days where had one horse not fallen when winning, then that with the last race , where 153 points not obtained through posting odds early , was a day that could have been very profitable indeed....even when I had few winning selections, and no winning selection at higher odds !!!! Bank down today ....when, with a wee bit luck on faller etc could have been 150 points up on day. ...on a poor day for results..........so "happy" with that really. Feel my selections will hit a hot run in due course and bank will jump substantially......

Also, I had MISS SOPHISTOCAT as initial selecton late on....but changed it to haley Turner one....really stupid as I knew the factors favoured MISS SOPHISTOCAT......so again , on another day would have stuck with what I know and not wavered..........had had few returns all day when MISS S race came along , and I suspect my "confidence" wavered a wee bit there.....so chose wrong one of two.

Not really firing yet ...and it will happen......so "happy" with the KC so far and will continue with using it this week ( though may have to do some work tomorrow or next day ...not sure yet!!!)

Don't know what your blog is MFS ????....so what I have not read can't "hurt" me :D

If you get organised the night before you can often get matched at some really out of line prices. It's sometimes worth putting small speculative bets up if you have an idea what the price should be. Occasionally you can get lucky and be matched.
