Isidor captain play a failure. Benched. Moved up one spot and gained 10 on the top two. Team already picked for next week.
Big Wold dumped, Mateta brought in and thought of captaining Rice, who is showing every sign of being Arsenal POTY, but plumped for Caicedo against Wolves, on the grounds that he can score and also share in a shut out. Surely Arsenal also capable of another shutout. Can always modify on Friday night if necessary. Still playing under-achiever Fernandes. Every time I dump him he scores. Well done Dayveea. |

That Dayveea done good (91pts and upto 3rd), looks like a dead team too, only 4 transfers to date and no chips played.Plain I agree, something struck me very strange when I looked at it, didn't look right, why for instance has he not changed Allison who is injured on the bench, if Raya didn't play then he'd have no keeper, so on looking a little further you can see that not only has he not used a transfer since week 4 he has also not changed the formation of the team since week 4 apart from one single change this recent week, Dunk into the team from the bench and Digne being benched. If it wasnt for that one change this past week you'd have to think it was a player who was, for the moment at least not really paying attention. |

You can look at every aspect of any players activity, transfers for instance, click on the transfers tab up in the top right on their page and all their transfer activity will display from the whole game.

They’ve possibly entered a team without having much intention of playing regularly. If so their score is pretty remarkable.

Agreed. Which makes his league position astounding. Not made a transfer since 12th September. Makes you wonder if he’s still alive!

There is life because he moved Dunk off the bench this past week, before that he had not made one single change of any kind between week 4 and this week, he was active from 1-3 though which makes you wonder what has gone on, he'll be sat there with 5 transfers but hasn't moved an injured Alisson out and has kept two Burnley defenders on his bench, also Raya has been vice captain every single week which is a bit odd.

Get some transfers used! Can’t believe how well you’re doing without switching your team around. Does seem silly having an injured goalie on your bench though. |

By the way, BB. If you don’t use your boosters by Xmas/New Year then you’ll lose them. Get them played in the next six weeks, they will all be restored in January to use again.

I lost points when I last made a transfer; as long as Raya is fit; why bother making a transfer to sit on the bench; beginners luck or what; i'm sure i'll slide down the the table shortly |

Doing very well for your first time playing. You shouldn’t lose points for transfers unless you haven’t accrued enough. The max transfers you can carry over is five, which is the amount you will have. It’s a pointless gamble having an injured player on your bench. Get him out! You can always put him back in when he’s fit.

Well done Bish for the great scores with so little changes. But as someone mentioned you should use your 4 chips over the next 9 weeks or they will go to waste. Also in GW16 we all get topped up to 5 free transfers so any spare transfers you've saved up until that point will effectively go to waste.
Bearing that in mind, you should transfer your injured keeper out as you have a bench boost, where all 15 players will be active in 1 week, meaning you'll need a fully fit squad. |

The Wildcard can, depending on your team be redundant, if you are happy there is no need to use it, it's basically a chip for those that need significant changes to their squad, the free hit is only of use if a set of fixtures presents itself that largely inhibits your chance of points that week enabling you to change your team for a one off week and avoiding the problem week, but that scenario may never really arise.
The Triple Captain and Bench Boosts however should always be used as they are basically free money which you can only profit from apart from when a very unusual set of circumstances plays out. |

Another try this week to reduce the Haaland factor. Intend to make Mateta captain as he is in fertile form, takes the pens. and looks capable of scoring at least one against Brighton. Toyed with Caicedo and Rice who are both in great form too but Mateta to bag a brace and 20+ points. Hoping Arsenal don’t concede at the S.of L. and that either of Timber and Calafiori bag a goal. Want to bring in maybe Foden and/or Cherki. Dumped Rejinders then he bags two in Europe! Need another all-players-scoring week. But it is so tough anticipating who is going to deliver. Am now bereft of Liverpool players? Weird because I love Szobozslai and Gravenberch.

Nearly everyone has three Arsenal players already. If you’re swapping him for Gyok then you’d have to use a second transfer to get rid of a midfielder too. Not worth it for a week imo.
I guess you’ve played The Sun version before and they still email you their weekly thoughts? That was their tip this week. Easy to do on there with no limits on players from one club plus a formation switch. |

Agreed Kenbo, but I'm not sure if that was meant seriously from TheGoddess or as bait
. Not saying it's crazy though it's high risk high rewardI would still consider Saka the best captain from Arsenal, arguably Gabriel, over Merino though. Saka on pens vs Sunderland with Gyokores out. I think if I had Gyokores I'd go straight to another permanent Arsenal pick like Saka/Timber for the sake of saving transfers. |
