Had strong info that Zola has signed, any confirmation anywhere?
By:
The pictures in the Marriott come first bazza........
By:
Evidently he was at Slaley Hall last night meeting Sunderland officials, and its a done deal.
By:
Its the betfair price thats got me doubting the truth of the info, someone always spills it.
By:
More likely Poyet, and he will be introduced today.
By:
I dont think Poyet is clear yet,a few little issues to sort,i doubt they will spoil Kevin Balls big day by announcing anything today,i still think Zola could be the one,my info is very reliable.
By:
And as for the Marriott,i get ya but this time i think its much more cloak and dagger, past mistakes and send in the clowns....The stadium of **** has never seen such a carry on..
By:
Loads of different names in the hat at the moment; here's another one Nigel Clough; born in the area unemployed Englishman; ticks all the boxes (not going to happen but hey ho)
By:
is poyet still on motd tonite ?
By:
Poyet rang Charlie Oatway asked him if he was interested, "too far north ", couldn't give a sh!t .....
![]() |
By:
i am thinking to lay poyet and back pulis and meulensteen. surely they will have to go for safe pair of hands. and i dont see why poyet should be 1.75 while meulensteen is 7.8. all the talk until now regarding poyets candidacy for the post has came from his PR team, which doesnt reflect well on his desirability by the sunderland board

hope you waited a bit... 1.5 and getting lower now

O'Shea - "Without a doubt, he’s (Ball) made an impact,” said O’Shea. “If it does happen (Ball becomes Di Canio’s successor) the players would be very happy."
There you go, the gaffer has spoken, expect Ball to get the gig. |

If fatty oshea says that I'd sack ball tonight he hasn't a clue.
Oshea must be the worst and most unfit player in the prem and should shut up |

If not for oshea and Gardner ( admittedly out of position but s hit anywhere). They may have got a point yesterday
Oshea can hardly run he just stands in the way |
