Making sure of course that the bookie concerned also has a 10 game caretaker rule.  It would be a bit silly to lay here and back with a bookie that pays out only when a permanent contract is signed.

He certainly has a long struggle ahead, one thing he is very good at or certainly has been in his managerial career to date, is getting the best from otherwise average players, anyone with a big ego will not do well under him, its all for one, and one for all as far as Poyet is concerned.
There will not be much attractive football to see, he tends to identify a squads strengths and play solely to them, expect a very defensive formation home and away.

Every decision Short has made since he took control of the club has been a fụck up. Why should this one be any different?

You are presuming they will need 40 points to stay up.

Poyet has a tough ask no doubt about that. They have already played Liverpool, Arsenal and Utd at home so should have some easier fixtures up coming.
