Taken the easy option in my opinion.

Gone from one huge side in a 2 team league to another huge side in a 2 team league.

Bayern are a free scoring attacking side that win most games and always go far in the CL, not sure how he can really improve them.

yes i know. let us be honest german league is a 1 horse race apart from the odd years here and there where there would be another time fighting. and hence, pep wouldnt struggle that much. in england apart from mancity, many of the top teams would struggle to win a premieur league without a very good manager. imagine man utd, do you think they will dominate english football without alex ferguson? i dont think so, unless they get a good proven coach.
