egner...... why arent you a millionaire? Your formula is intreseting and correct although alot of patience is needed with small trades

finding 46 markets a day is diffucult
By:
i suggest doubling the percentage and halving the markets down to 23 a day. that is more achievable.

But ile be honest with you, i dont think you have the capability to make any sort of profit let alone triple your bankroll in a month God are you still on here banging on about how useless everyone is but you? Everytime I have ever come on here you have been on here adding to your never ending post count talking drivel. I come on around 4 hours a week and you have never not been on here posting. You obviously have no job as you post day and night( yer , yer you make it all on here), you obviously have no friends as you would make time for them, no social life as you just constantly post morning till night, family? Very unlikely as they would not put up with someone sat in front of a P.C all day. This is you..... 1. You can't hold any sort of decent conversation around betting/odds etc, you say so much, yet say nothing. You get away with it on odd times as a lot of people are new here and probably think you are talking sense, but when the bar is raised and someone actually does know what they are talking about you curl up and dodge the subject, trying to bluff your way through, it's so bleeding obvious, your whole chat is pointless and goes nowhere, it shines through of a bullcrapper. 2. People who have no life tend to try and create one, tell the world how good they are, it works better online because no one can prove otherwise, so you tend to triple the amount of fantasists on forums. In the real world people will just ignore your endless boasting and tall tales and give you a wide bearth. People who are happy and confident in themselves, don't brag or boast or make silly stories up. Boasting of any knd, just makes you look a total idiot, true or not. 3. You are a sheep of the highest order, you think the best way to get through a conversation you are struggling with, is to throw childish insults. Things like 'I bet you work in mcDonalds, 'I am far better than you at making money, you probably bet £2 a time' yawn, yawn, yawn, boring. You have seen others on here do it and think everyone will be so impressed or amused by it. It just shows you up for someone who is always trying to prove they are better than someone else, add in that you struggle to hold any sort of decent conversation, because you know little or nothing of what you are talking about and that's why you do it. So do yourself a favour, stop making a prat of yourself on here, no one cares if you make loads of money in your dream world, open your bleeding front door and start a life and stop creating a life on here, again sad people do that, they have no real life or identity on the outside world, so they create one on a forum, add in a bit of fantasy and boasting and hope that people will give them the credit they so crave on the outside world. Deep down you know it's true, but onwards and upwards, 100,000 posts by christmas and you certainly will be the saddest indivdual on here. Now save your reply I am out the door this second, friends to meet up with. ta ta |

yes special one....i agree
there are many many variations on what i posted.... ......it can be adjusted ,...as you say...for different starting amounts and whether people are more or less aggressive and how much patience they have.... ...works with £10 or £20,000..... the key is do you want long term reward and have you the patience to let the compounding..(the snowball effect if you like) kick in and make large amounts in the long term!!!! ..and quite obviously..the lower you set the target....the compound interest rate.... the less risk there is!!!! |

lol@rugbyleager - What a seethe. He is still fuming from yesterday when he got rumbled. I told him i didnt believe in systems that make money on football... he claimed he had knowledge of loads and loads of systems. When pressed on the matter further he actually thought a system was trading markets pre match. The guy has been gambling for 30 years and doesnt even no the meaning of a system. Please go away grandad and leave these to people who know what they are talking about

egner - you have intrigued me. I have never used the formula in which you have set upon because i just play each market and trade. But its a damn good formula i must admit. Very small risk, very low percentage of bank roll and big rewards. I can see that having alot of potential for the newbies especially
By:
i have a question for you egner - what happens if you lose in one of the markets? How does that effect going forward with that formula
By:
...you can have six (or other amounts but i think six is good) further columns to the side of your market target and projected and actual balance.....
these will calculate...after any loss...how much of that loss needs to be added to the next projected market target so that....in say 4 markets time...you are back on track..... ..a very gradual loss recovery if you will..... ...you may like to try and get the who;le loss back on the next market...that is fine once......but if that is another loss then you need to recover very gradually... with the emphasis on very gradually |

Koko84 claims that professionals can make 2% daily...within a year of betting at that rate, your bank is 1370 times the size that it started at
![]() Nobodys that good..a daily average increase of 0.1% and a decent starting bank will give you enough money to live comfortably Besides, you can always sign onto the dole in the meantime ![]() |

@SONGS... for once i agree with him m8....2% can be made.... ive tried it...it works m8..

egners formula is the only formula on betfair i have ever been so intrigued by. Ive read alot of rubbish during m time on betfair but egner formula is spot on. Alot of people who cant make profits on betfair should be reading that with intrest.

Egner This is all very well in theory , but how exactly do you go about making 0.10% profit on 46 markets each day. I dont think this is really possible and i dont believe you can do it tbh. What happens if you lose ? how much do you risk to make 0.10% per market? |
By:
I think it is faaaacking hilarious he was telling us all about his 75K on nadal etc a few months ago, now he has a starting bank of 1 measly K.
A Special K imo. |

@the builder. Use the concept change the stakes. Instead of 46 markets a day, change that number to ten markets, on average that is achievable. The profit margins on a 20k bank with that theory would still come to around 10k per month and that is again with minimal risk and low stakes
By:
*change the markets
By:
its very possibble because you are aiming for 20 odd pounds a day to start with and lets be honest you should double/treble that figure on most games and markets. So you will always be ahead of the target market rate, so even if you have a loss you should technically still be up. Use the concept, change the variables and you have a sound formula there
By:
i agree thebuilder......in theory what i have posted all looks nice and neat and today.....
of course the real challenge is filling in the "actuals" to match the projected...... if you lose on a market i have already offered up one way of gradula recovery in my 1412 post. and how much you risk on each market to try and make your projected % is up to you and your strategy and your way of doing things... are you a layer...backer.....combination of the two...do you dutch......trade for all green pre event.....trade for a green pre event and then green up at lower odds in play......simply leave very low lays and very high backs in play... huge amounts of ideas and strategies on here and lots of room to be creative and use your imagination..... |
By:
yes but what markets do you do this in , and is it trading only?
By:
egner has answered. The markets and stake is your choice but with the figures projected your stake should be 2-4% and you can easily hit the targets. That is just a staking formula, the bets and trades you do is your choice.
By:
well i'll put it another way,
what markets would YOU use to achieve the targets? |
By:
thebuilder...all my posts have simply been to use basic maths to show that the OP;s question isnt as far fetched as it sounds.....
..it doesnt matter what markets you use......but of cousre you need to be good at whatever you do.....there sre so many markets and strategies to choose from..... i also have a feeling that some people have history with the special one...i havnt dealt with the guy and so dont realy know the historry....but it doesnt lessen the validity of the basic maths i have posted. |
By:
i play match odds, correct scores and goal markets. Mainly match odds. All the other markets are a waste
By:
egner - what do you mean history with the special one?
By:
trading ...backing...laying ...hedging horses....
..with some leaving of "keep" backs and lays on the i/r horse markest depending how the pre off trading has gone....(never be actively placing bets in running as the course and fast pic guys..(the clamberes) can be as much as 6 to 8 seconds ahead of you!!!! American racing is good as there loads of races in the evening.....(as above for strategy but obviosly no in runnig) grehounds can be used for dutching....... supplement with fottie/tennis/golf. |

some people seem to be having a go at you on this thread special...not sure why as it doesnt seem to be anything strange you are saying....!!!
so i asssume it must be some sort of problem from before!!!! |

ok what if your trading in-play in match odds and a goal is scored before you lay off and the market moves against you? You are going to lose maybe 3% of the 4% staked , thats a lot of markets at 0.01% profit just to get that back. So basically you have to be faultless to make it work?? |

You talk alot of sense egner, nice maths, how long you been playing how much you winning?

@egner - most of them are the envious type that dont it when people make money on betfair. They should be grateful im trying to help them. They should be grateful for you aswell for a nice basic maths model. Most of them cant add 1+1. Although there are a few good people on here aswell. I ignore most of them

the builder - that is choices you have to make. Individual choices. If the market moves agaisnt you, you have to decide eitehr to red out or stick with it hoping it comes back in favour, or maybe get some better odds and trade later or lose your money at the end of the game. Those are decisions you have to make. At the end of the day you will always lose money on matches, it happens. If you stake right then you will be up eventually.

p.s at egner - ive never spoken to rugbyleager before he came on this thread.
