Luck and judgement!
By God I love having good luck! |
By:
Tongue bowling well. Good pace too
By:
None of us can be surprised if India get a whopping score here vs that hindered attack
By:
Easy viewing though this Tongue guy as you've no clue what's coming next.

Close to greening out out or least clearing England red
Jaiswal is my man though this innings Fast scoring is very important on this pitch and conditions |
By:
I think England are still in with a good shout but the ball will not be new tomorrow morning and the sun may be out
By:
Wow
What a let off So unlucky for England Thought he saw it then lost it at the last moment. |

Luck and Judgement
Is that the third or 4th drop by England? 3rd. Oval is not a great sighting ground to be fair and it is getting dark. It was not simple Broady, it was flying! |
By:
The market can't split them , hardly an uninteresting passage of play throughout the entire series

England should still be batting, around 150 ahead. However Ducketts braindead play 10 minutes before lunch changed the course of the game. This arrogance we play with now will never make them winners.

Cracking game, cracking series

Tickle in the draw at 19.5
IF….India bat well Shirley the draw price comes down a little even with a potential days left. If India go on to bat England out of this then the draw aliasing must become a realistic possibility in that the pitch is good and there may be rain? Of course if the Engerlund run through India I will be hoist high by my own own petard. |
By:
Nobody can say the draw has no chance WD as the weather is impossible to predict with that amount of accuracy plus if you believe India will bat long in the sunshine and get 400+ and also that the scoring rate will remain around 3 an over and also that the target set will be sufficient for England to refrain from any bazball and have the draw in the mindset to win the series , then yes it's still a 3 way result.
By:
Just covering it for some mathematics later tbh
Can’t see the draw but am going sheite or bust on this now. Taking a chance on India today. Pitch is good, sun is out, these boys fought their way through 1.4 billion people to be here today. Not that any of that matters. I am not a mathematician or an expert gambler or a banker today I am going with my instinct but at least on cumulative winnings, which, I guess to a professional gambler is dumb as dumb could be. |

Great behind the scenes piece with Broad & Nasser

Does anybody else have this 1p issue on BF
For example you want to put a bet on quick, say £100 & you have £100 in the account It then says you haven't got enough funds but £99.99 goes through OK It's annoying if you miss a price because of it |
By:
No! Never!
By:
Yeah!
That was brilliant in the changing rooms. |
By:
If india aren't bossing this by tea then they def don't deserve anything from the tour.
By:
Yes it happens a lot Jerry and i'm guessing it's because the winnings aren't exact decimals and winnings are either rounded up or down to the nearest penny from several decimal places , so in the end it catches up and comes out in the wash.
I know several moan when they've say £117.38 in account , then think i'll have the odd £17.38 on something then the balance comes up as £99.99 , will always happen i'd reckon. |

I don't leave vast amounts in my account anymore as you can withdraw instantly nowadays
Also fat fingers have burnt me previously! |
By:
Wow 4 catches and an Umpires call.
What do we say to the God of Death….? Not today! Tbf India could be 3-0 up in this series because of their own short comings they are 2-1 down. I think England have used up their luck. Luck and Judgement |
By:
Athers squeezes Gary Pratt into the conversation just to piss off Ponting haha
By:
Albeit some luck but this is magnificent from Arshdeep
By:
That was funny!
On TMS they are making the point that Archer should have been rested on a batting surface at Old Trafford and Stokes bowled himself into the dirt for nothing. Both would have ripped through India on the first day and I agree. Same with Bumrah, we wanted him to play but he should have been rested. |
By:
I wanted Arshdeep to play in the last match! But yes Akash doing a great job in protecting Gill from an early morning movement
By:
Good psychological boost as well with bonus night watchman runs plus shortening the tail.
By:
Very disappointing morning for England.
By:
Draw absolutely plummeting
By:
I think both sets of managements have made some poor selection decision tbf
Chickens are now coming home to roost. The Woakes injury really made me made. It was an accident waiting to happen. I am squaring the blame on Stokes for that. I am all in and one fir all but you have to protect your fast bowlers fro non thinking idiotic bravery. It yin are going to dives on the ropes learn to do it safely! What a terrible end to a very good England career. |
By:
Look at that draw price tumble!
By:
Well done the Akash Tandoori
I knew he could bat but though5 he was more of a long handle biffer. Very good innings. He needs to keep his head and bat in to the afternoon. He will NEVER get a better chance than this |
By:
Going to leave the green in the draw.
This game is crazy. Who is to say England will not make a fist of the chase. |
