Good night Billy No Mates
I imagine you are the type of thing that would take Rohypnol and pass out in an alley way in the hope of someone might take advantage. You offer nothing. You sound like a sad lonely little man. |

By:
I'm a guy who knows his cricket. Praises the opposition when they have put up a good effort against a total anti aussie prick who loses money hand over fist. I'm going to say it like any aussie would say it. You are a f!cking tool. Have another chip butty you loser.

By:
Harmison looks wider on the couch than his first ball of the ashes series. Sir Alistair Cook PMSL what does Warnie have to do to get his.

By:
Sad little man.
You know nothing about cricket. You are an after timer and loser who has absolutely nothing to say. |

Night night dickhead. 6 months of **** from the biggest shister in town. Don't bet anymore, xmas is on the way and I'm sure you want to treat the family and not keep pissing your money down the drain. If you need a loan I would help you out it's xmas after all. Please don't be afraid to ask.

Utter garbage that doesnt get any better
Bstard for Buttler Broad for Robinson Anderson for Wood Bess for Leach Thats about the sum of it and the result stays the same because the bowling is still weak with 2 past it quicks and an off spinner in Bess that is no better than the guy he’s replacing We’re getting hammered 5-0 |
|
By:
Craig Overton is the other quick... you wont win test matches with that bowling team
|
|
By:
I dunno what possessed them picking that touring squad
We’ll basically see all of them get a test ![]() |
|
By:
suspect they don't play a spinner @ Adelaide as Stokes is an issue...Butler looked ok first dig so they won't be in any hurry to change that..
Broad and Anderson both play I assume though after recent selectorial decisions... |
|
By:
I'm sure england will get better Sonts. This is a bad start for you but I think it will be more competitive than you think.
|
|
By:
Fair enough id stick with Buttler
Id probably go all seam attack, ill not say pace because other than Wood theres no one bowling above 140ks with real pace out of our lot Broad, Anderson, Woakes, Stokes, Robinson Stick them all in and use Root as the rotator because Leach and Bess only get tw@tted out the attack anyway |
|
By:
ADVANCE AUSTRALIA FAIR. Well done guys a very professional performance.
|
|
By:
Australia way above our standards on these pitches/conditions
We just have to get to the end and try to avoid the whitewash |
|
By:
9 wickets in 4 days. That is a tubbing.
|
|
By:
yeah call between Wood and Robinson I guess...can ill afford to weaken the batting by dropping Woakes (though whether he's likely to score many out here I'm not sure)
|
|
By:
Wood has been terrific for me. This guy leaves everything out there. He must play.
|
|
By:
I'd prefer the extra pace retained and he's only bowled one inns here, they feel he's one they have to manage workload with (as you probably know)...
Robinson bowled well again but gets a bit samey without Wood... |
|
By:
Think england have some great options going forward. Its going to be about the right selection. England will cause oz some problems if they get it right. This is not a done deal.I think OZ will win but I think England will challenge.
|
|
By:
By any standards a truly desperate start to the Ashes by England. Two partnerships over 50, missed chances in the field, bowling that never looked like a threat and questionable team selection.
The Aussies even did their best to surrender advantage with a mini-collapse in the first innings, but still managed to find someone capable of coming in halfway down the order and battering the bowling all over the place for a remarkably fast Ashes century. As yet, I’m still not convinced that England’s cringeworthy “WE STAND AGAINST TRANSPHOBIA” T-Shirts are having any positive effect on team performance. |

By:
It was woeful watching the capitulation last night. I know they got a couple of 80's, but that wasn't anywhere near enough, and more often than not it looks like a question of time. Other than Root they don't look at all solid.
If you can't take wickets, at least limit the scoring rate. You can't have your only spinner going at 9 an over, and Stokes going at 6 an over. It's not T20. If this was a very good Aussie side it would be a nailed on whitewash. Fortunately, they don't have that great a batting line up themselves. I am enjoying the Aussie commentary. Don't make a million excuses, if it's rubbish just say so. |

^ dd, you must be lamenting the death of Mike Nesmith who wrote this fantastic song for Linda Ronstadt!

By:
Indeed, I nearly created a thread. One of the two best Stone Poney's songs, and I thought Different Drum was a slightly better bet than Long, Long Time. Love them both.

early Adelaide prices : Oz 1.59/1.60 Eng 3.90/3.95 Draw 8.20/8.40
weather set fair in general...pink ball d/n one of Eng's better chances but feels a bit tight on price to appeal... |
|
By:
Australia have never lost a day night match but the odds are a little skewed imho for a game of Russian Roulette. Broad and Anderson back. I would take a punt on Engerland and hope the toss is favourable. Hazlewood is out.
