Saffers should put a bat pad in for Stokes when he is just in

runs dont mean much right now.......let Stokes have the boundary if he wants to attack

How much of it should be credited to Faf then?It pains me to see him do so well and then see ABD as ODI captain, someone who's been clueless since day 1!

They always say "Bavuma is quick" but the other guy was catching him and he was only jogging!

Some but England playing well one test, poorly the next is not remotely a new phenomenon. I think part of it is just that we've been pretty evenly matched with a lot of our recent opponents (India and Pakistan away obvious exceptions) so we've had a lot of close series.

Did it last test. I don't think Jennings is that bad and he certainly has to be stuck with, given alternatives. Ballance and Dawson need to be jettisoned though and quickly. Woakes may be back next game, probably for Wood then you bring two batsmen in for the others. Trott and Pietersen tended to do well against SA, right?

He's an amazing fielder but not sure he's a great runner beyond the between he wickets distance, where he is quick.

England 79/4 at Lunch. England to make 210-260 runs paying 3.40

England runs line at 225.5 for the 2nd innings

Bairstow, Stokes,   MM Ali, LA Dawson, SCJ Broad, MA Wood, JM Anderson. Personally think it will be unders, think the tail only know how to play 1 way and that is to attack
