Not England, SAF
By:
Altho England might be too, cant remember what price they were
By:
it's pretty mad than you get out of the position for a couple of ticks
By:
how tetchy did the market get there...about 7 mins play and SA drifted 8 ticks unbelievable
By:
With Jenning and Ballence in the side we are always likely to be 2 down before we have 50-75 on the board.
By:
england about 9.6 tom
By:
Funny thing is, a few overs without a wicket and the market will start going crazy again
By:
great take from de kock

Wouldn't waste a review on Balance!

By:

By:
root in early again, who knew
By:
So two blockers out, plus some runs scored and the draw still not much higher than last night? I though that the 25 was such a crazy price I took another £100 lay out to go £18k draw red. Short of an unexpected monsoon or someone digging up the pitch, this was never able to be drawn but adjacent to totally impossible now Root in early. He can't just block, it's not his game.

By:
300 partnership coming
By:
Never thought this game would be a draw but from the market POV, it should be dead now
By:
who comes in for blancmange at the oval??
By:
I'm tempted to untangle my positions for a big all over green but still the the Saffer price should be shorter than 1.08 so it's not that appealing to do so. Think I'll just wait it out and if England wins, I'll take the hit. Without pictures I don't feel I can judge whether an England back to lay based on our good batsmen being in with the sun out is a good idea or not.
Actually, 20s, screw it, will take a couple of hundred. |
By:
SAF well on top FS, not easy batting out there
By:
sun out but uneven bounce will be a persistent threat

how many times does a man have to prove that he is not good enough before he is dropped??? he's really getting on my t1ts, walking wicket in international cricket
By:
Think we've gone too far the other way, let people stay in the team far too long

I'm all for giving people chances and a few low scores shouldn't automatically mean a batsman is dropped
but this guy has had more than his fair share of shies at the coconut and its clear to all with a working pair of eyes that the technique is not there to cope with international standard bowling |

Cook is looking decent and Root is pure class.
They've seen SAFs 2 top bowlers off, can see England getting a bit of a partnership together and trading a fair bit lower |
