I made the "mistake" of laying Aus rather than backing Engerlund ! I have a feeling of sickness in the pit of my stomachLaugh

Anyway. Gambling wise what do we do here? Is it worth a cautionary buy back of Aus?

Poor old Ricky Ponting reeling from having to be complimentary to England. At least Warne has done it for a while.

has extras ever top scored? i remember in the 80s against the windies sometimes it would regularly be 2nd or 3rd top scorer but this takes the absolute mickey!

they need extras to open the innings with rogers, that would make them much more solid!

Reality wise, no.  Market wise, potentially some.

Aus nowhere near 9.00 shot here.  But then they have been massive unders since the start.

Personally, I am ready to piss off to bed and cash in, but the odds just don't allow it.  England bowled very well, yes.  But Australia batted just as bad.  England won't play at the same balls, and cannot possibly be out anywhere near.  Aus 15.00 I may be tempted right now, but feel it will only take a couple of overs to reach that.

Tough call really when the market is so wrong, as it sometimes takes days to correct.  Probably worth a partial buy back, but I am not into it yet.  Prepared to let some profits ride on the basis that market should really skyscraper on every non wicket ball.

There have been a few open goals this series. The biggest was when Aus got close to evens chasing 450 ffs! I don't think I was the only one who got spooked by the odds and did a Corinthians Casuals. Made up for it since! Piled in full bet straight after the toss.

I laid Aus 33% bank after first wicket when they were still massive unders, then the rest on the second wicket at still massive unders.  (Bank being what I allocated for the game, not full bank).
So looking pretty good, but certainly no fortune.

Slow and steady and all that.  Well into 4 figures but Aus dollar not what it used to be....  CryCry

there is such a thing as a good leave bjt. dont hex lythe,he's managed to not get tempted by a wide one so far. at the start of this series i couldnt see us taking 20 wickets. this is surreal.
