The issue I'd have with an England back hasn't changed.....once Aus put up any kind of total (which looks likely now) it just takes England so long to reach a similar total, and that's if they are playing well.....and not factoring in semi-collapses here and there, and who'd back against that?!
(Having said that, with Carberry, Stokes in, and Trott out then run rate may improve on their standard rate......possibly) |

amazing to see how poor englands bowling attack really is, alot of the people on here think they are great.
anderson is the most overrated player in world cricket, swan cant bowl in australia, monty is well just monty, broad has a bit of quality of though but must be difficult for him carrying the rest of the bowling attack on his shoulders. |

this is the problem is when your m.o. is controlling the rate.
australia's approach has been entirely about not letting england play to that plan. the counter to that is to go to plan B, but there is no plan B. Broad should have bowled more this morning too. |
