Bets are not legally enforceable. there is no small claims route. If the bet is with a major then the best strategy is the threat of bad publicity.

Market overreaction is huge. Windies will have this wrapped up long before the storm hits.

Here's a better article for you mate. http://www.timesunion.com/news/article/Tropical-Storm-Ernesto-heading-nearer-to-Jamaica-3761854.php - to be honest if the winds are coming, i think they'll leave it as close as possible to 10am local time but wont risk crowd safety.

if or rather when the winds come from the East or South East they will bring rain, heaby rain.  Early morning rain may have been light from the North.

Lol at these layers.
Windies will be 1.25 in a couple of hours

Hopefully the overnight/early morning rain is enough to see a delay in the start time of play and gives the storm time to settle in. Wouldn't count on it though.

Weather for KNM airport
10km from ground, rain did fall in kingston during night when they said thunder nearby. Its useful and gives windspeeds, also note thunderclouds near.

Thats the best sites now make you own mind up but I fancy the draw at 6

the draw is drifting all the time,if yanky weather forecastors (is that even a word) are anything like british one's(fish comes to mind) they aren't really worth a tommy tank.
By:
icecold3000
When: 05 Aug 12 13:53
It'll have to be there 3 hours from now at the latest for the draw to be a good chance. And once it comes it'll have to stay for the next 24 hours.

Rider
When: 05 Aug 12 13:55
drifting like the clappers
