This what happens when you encourage people to break the law if every captured illigel immigrant was deported we would not have incidents like this or peple drowning at sea

Perhaps if there were genuine controls in place at the border then these individuals would still be alive.
Arrived in the UK via Holyhead, apparently.

The vehicle is believed to have come from Bulgaria and entered the UK at Holyhead in Wales on Saturday.

The bodies of 39 people have been found in a lorry container in Essex.

Police were called by the ambulance service shortly before 01:40 BST after the discovery at Waterglade Industrial Park in Eastern Avenue, Grays.

The lorry driver, a 25-year-old man from Northern Ireland, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Essex Police said the lorry travelled from Bulgaria and entered the country via Holyhead, Anglesey, on Saturday.

Early indications are that 38 adults and one teenager have died, the force said.

Ch Supt Andrew Mariner said officers were trying to identify victims but anticipated a "lengthy process".

"We have arrested the lorry driver in connection with the incident, who remains in police custody as our inquiries continue," he said.

Home Secretary Priti Patel said she was "shocked and saddened by this utterly tragic incident".

In June 2000, the bodies of 58 Chinese immigrants were found in the back of a lorry in Dover. A Dutch lorry driver was jailed the following year for their manslaughter.

Bit tough on the driver, he may be told he has a container of goods but not aware there are people in there.

Good.  Spread the word in the land these fückers came from and perhaps it will put future wannabe-freeloaders off.

if he has picked up a container at the ferry port chances are he will have no idea if anyone was inside the box, these containers are place on a skeleton type trailer the driver doesn't even have to do any walk around checks (lights, tyres, damage) because he as already checked the skeleton trailer when he hooked up to it last.

think i heard the other week how migrants in Northern France were paying up to 7 to 8 grand  the get the UK , there were gangs and even some of the French Police involved in all this, yes its a desperate and terrible situation

I've been saying since 2016 that travel between UK and France usually doesn't cost more than 20 bucks for the refugees. Drivers don't mind taking in a few passengers knowing fully well no one bothers to check. I have talked to many refugees who had their asylum application rejected in the UK and conveniently traveled to France. Same goes for those rejected in Germany/France who then travel to UK to try their luck there.

Unfortunately I have always been labelled a muslim apologist for saying these things because people take these to mean I am somehow defending the migrants.

i'd like know to how "migrants" have 7 or 8k dosh?
By:

When: 23 Oct 19 11:33
I don't think that figure is accurate. Some people paid less than 1k to get from Iran to Germany. 8k for travel between two countries with no border control is laughable.

i think 1k is stretching it tbh; as the ones the MSM decide to show us have their arses hanging out of their keks & are mainly 18 to 25

Should sections of the media and various politicians plus refugee support groups  that encourage illegal immigration into Europe be charged with manslaughter?

This is why most people voted to get our own country back in 2016.

@Bap the 1k was from Iran to Germany. 15 days journey.

There was an accident in Iran in 2017 I think. 20 dead bodies found in a truck. As a result they raided some offices supposed to be smuggling humans. The news said at that time that these guys had paid 900 Euros each to these smugglers. Of course not very reliable but thats what the news said.

The trailer is fitted with its own refrigeration system there is an engine fitted to the top of the front of the box this provides power to the electric compressor. These trailers are designed to be dropped and left to run on their own at the docks, factory ,  slaughterhouse, Tesco, industrial estate etc.
