1. Yes he seems very well qualified to me.
2. Obviously he doesn't have the support of lefties, but their behaviour lately has become so reprehensible that could almost been seen as a virtue.
3. Yes, I think he will impartially apply the laws as laid out in their constitution - despite the continued threats and general intimidation from the left.

I cannot prove Kavanaugh is lying. The FBI might be able to and plenty of people at Harvard have come forward to suggest he is!

Swetnik and Avenatti have no influence on whether Kavanaugh has the kwalities to be a Supreme Court Judge so why are you harping on about it?

I think people believe what they want to. I believed her, you didn't. Neither of us were there.

The real reaction from all this will be women who will vote in the mid terms. If you think republicans will be enraged by all this and turn out to vote and that will affect the result then I think you are seriously mistaken. it is always about how many people turn out to vote for the Democrats. I suspect many people will be turning out to vote for the Dems who normally do not vote.

Whatever happens it will be interesting.

It wasn't just about who turned out for the dems in the presidential election. More women and black Americans voted for Trump than was ever predicted.

Going back to Kavanaugh, I don't subscribe to the Republicans PC ****footing tactic of "oh, we believe Ford was abused, just not by Kavanaugh." I think she was lying about everything.

The lawyer known as Mr Michael Avenatti says he has a new accuser who knew  DR Ford and Julie Switnick for decades and she believes they are telling the truth. i have not seen this on any news bulletin so far i got it off his twitter feed.

Avenatti is a busted flush, nobody believes a word he says anymore. You can only cry wolf so many times before being regarded as a joke sideshow.
