I don’t really understand all this stuff about him being emotional during his testimony. Of course he was emotional, it was personal. Not a single one of the Supreme Court Judges will be able to say that they didn’t become emotional during a personally stressful event during their lifetime – that doesn’t inhibit their ability to do the job they do.

others sitting in the supreme court will be sitting there saying ,ther e for the graceof god and I hope that spotlight doesn't shine on me next, this bloke has risen through school,college,all the top jobs and never has his emotions,drinking been citied as a problem ,unless they can get a better witness ,they,ll just have to live with it, the best outcome would for him to be offered job refuse it, and then the fbi run investigations on all the other judges and watch the resignations come thick and fast rather than their washing been done in public |

The final vote is still on a knife edge IMO. The Dirty Dems vile intimidatory tactics DO make a difference - when your family is threatened with violence it is bound to scare people. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the reprehensible lefties ramp up their threats overnight and the final vote tomorrow is slightly different.
I hope Kavanaugh gets in but not celebrating just yet. |

How can you run on a majority of 1? there needs to be a rule in place that it needs to be a 75-25 at least, that way there's no denying the vote, 75% is a clear consensus Pushing someone through on the back of 1% or 1 person having the final cast is pathetic imo, far to much infighting. There was a rule in place which meant either party needed a 60-40 majority, but Harry Reid and assorted LEFTIES chose to invoke what`s known as `the nuclear option` in 2013, They were warned it would backfire, but they just didn`t care, far too preoccupied with playing short-term political games, and to see the boomerang now delivering a SCOTUS majority to right and good thinking people for decades to come, really is the most delicious irony!
