^ but wasn't he in contempt of a sitting court? if you stand up and call a judge a ****, get found in contempt then
i think you get sent down right away.
also if he has breached the conditions of his suspended sentence there isn't really a case to be heard.
You want to blow the dog whistle & push the idea he has been dealt with differently but that doesn't seem to be the reality.

I'm more interested why he acted like this knowing the likely outcome. Either he wanted to or someone has talked him into
creating a cause célèbre

Another one who probably has not even read his book and seen a list on the interest containing words like 'mortgage fraud' and angry he head butted a nazi.

How is he a 'career fraudster'?

What light would reading his book have shed on his various frauds? That he is a poor innocent victim of the authorities and he never did anything?

These two things make him a 'career fraudster'?

Any comments on his message edy? The cases he highlights?

Well, he's a young lad and that is two more convictions for fraud than all participants on this forum have assembled combined (I would hope). Add to that his violence, his drug offences and his general bull**** and victim complex and I have a hard time understanding people making him a hero.

Not like he is the only one reporting or uncovering grooming gangs. There are journalists with an actual moral compass who do that.

There are some like Andrew Norfolk.

But there is continuous push back such as what happened to Sarah Champion for speaking out.

The more reporting restrictions and self censoring that goes on the less likely it is that this will be stopped. We are talking about tens of thousands or even six figures of underage victims here.

Are there reporting restrictions for when trials are finished?

There were in TRs case. The press had to take action to get it lifted which took several days.

Even if they hadn't been challenged, it would've only ever been a temporary ban.

and is there really no way to sensibly point these things out, keep it in the public spotlight without showing attempt for court and potentially causing cases to collapse?

the silence on telford after 3 years is deafening

and the attempts to silence anyone mentioning it are interesting

or just the plain ignoring of the issue

and the best of all was the senior copper trying to play it down and accusing some of sensationalism

AFTER 40 YEARS OF IT!!!

same with rotherham - very little done

it's as if it never happened

I must admit I find it all very strange in terms of a fair trial.

People like Cliff Richard, Rolf Harris etc there was a lot of reporting about allegations. Obviously the US is different but look at the Weinstein case. How can he get a fair trial?

For TR how can he get a fair trial when people think he is racist and far right just because the press write that? Is a 'career fraudster' for lending a deposit and introducing a broker.

All the time those who think all cultures are equal use this to ignore the uncomfortable truth about what is happening across the UK.

People would rather demonize TR than address what he is highlighting.

Yeah I only found out yesterday he pleaded guilty

So in hindsight I don't know what the fuss is about tbh, he broke his suspended sentence and pleaded guilty, there's a even on youtube of him admitting he's under a suspended sentence.

It wont stop his supporters, the alt right, Alex Jones etc from making a big deal out of it though, the protest march on the 9th is still going ahead, and none of them give a damn about the rule of law which they pretend to be fighting for.

Most at these marches are just looking for trouble as well

I thought the judge said the fact he was on a suspended sentence was irrelevant. Very little of the 13 months was linked to that.

He was given a legal advise and it appears he pleaded guilty. There was no time to get his own lawyer. it was all over in a matter of minutes.

I have never heard of someone getting 13 months and going straight to jail in a matter of 4 hours after being arrested for breaching the peace.
By:

The initial suspended sentence was 3 months.

The breaching the peace to get him in is the only really dodgy thing left, if they are taking him in on breach of peace then its not contempt of court?

But he pleaded guilty to it and that smells in itself, I think he wanted out, he saw the crowds he was getting and it got a little to warm for him perhaps? when you start getting heat like that its bound to have an effect?
By:

surely if he had his own solicitor or barrister he who have warned him after his suspended sentence ?

Aaron - isn't it weird how all the racists are so keen to pirtray themselves as previous left wingers?Reading a book about racism now and it's genuinely made me open my mind to the fact that today's   racists are nothing new. We're in a period where they feel emboldened and it just means the rest of us have to fight back harder again.
