According to that Daily Star map North Korea could hit Iran.

Might be worth spreading the rumour that Khameini or Ahmadinejad once spilt Kim's pint.

He found a way out of a tricky situation; by launching the missile, he satisfied domestic pride, and by it 1accidentally` exploding, he managed to avoid committing suicide. Quite clever, really.

That was my first thought, until I found out they've had quite a few launch failures previously. I'd like to think its true tho.

Ireckon the US is playing psycho games with North Korea, hoping the pressure trips his mind (dangerous admittedly) or one of his generals takes him out first to prevent them being obliterated this time. The junta have as much to lose as the nutter in charge.

All a bit pointless debating this as no-one knows what really is going on and how much of what you are told is the truth. It's all a big game and you'd probably be very surprised to know who is in bed with who. Generally maintaing the status quo of the big powers is what it all comes down to.

Estimated to have saved 75,000 allied lives by bringing the barstewatds to their knees, they butchered their way through 13-20 million East Asians, we will never know how many, the majority killed with bayonets and shovels, and engaged in mass suicide bombings,(kamikaze pilots) using young fools who believed the in the Emperors death cult.

What is Trump trying to achieve? The North Korean Leadership are nuts, and only hurt their own people, but why provoke them? Trump has said in the past that N Korea and other rogue States are not America's problem. Why is he now trying to wind so many of them up?

@Pond He's turned back on a few things in the past week. He did say America first and no more policing the world but sadly its still the old ways.

I thought he was going to be different because he wasn't a politician but its still the same old warmongering crap. He told the people what they wanted to hear. And then said feck off Grin

Des; they have decided he's got to go. Now i don't know whether he's insulted some Chinese diplomat or threatened something to someone he shouldn't, but his time is up.

I thought a lot of the stuff about N. Korea and China was just mad rhetoric, though, to stir things up on the campaign trail. I didn't think he would actually act on any of it while in power. Must be a lot of very worried people about, especially in South Korea. Shocked

War is big business detraveller the MOAB dropped in Afghanistan, reportedly cost over $15 mill, probably intended to show it's power (USA power) as much for the upcoming visit to SK by Preedy, as killing ISIS fighters.

Certainly looking that way G2D, all the press statement resemble the usual war footing preamble, used by the USA.CryCry

Of course boxing, that's what i keep telling people here but then they go on about Islam, IS, Erdogan, Kim, dictatorship, liberation and what not not realising that these things need to exist to cause wars, which by the way have always existed. At the end of the day the equation is pretty simple. You have to use the weapons to make way for the new ones. Otherwise the business doesn't work.

As for the MOAB, i still can't figure out what the purpose of it was. It definitely wasn't to kill the IS guys or destroy their tunnels. It can't be to scare NK or someone else because the US having to rely on dropping a bomb to scare off someone else is in itself a sign of weakness. US shouldn't have to do that. They are miles ahead in military and no one needs convincing or reminding about that.

Now imagine if it was loaded to the hilt?
