Trump is correct to face this issue. NK needs dealing with sooner or later. Better to do it before they gain a nuclear capability.

I think Injera you will find that they already have. And that is what has so far kep the americans away from turning them into another Iraq.

Western media says slightly less than half of NK's population does not have enough to eat. If that's the way they are living, they certainly wont be afraid of the americans bombing them, as at worst it only puts them out of their misery. I think South Korea will still come out the worse off in this conflict. They are the ones who will have to face the consequences, not the americans.

In short, another conflict brewing up with zero threat to america and a lot of lives about to be destroyed with innocent people having to live with the consequences, just like in the middle east.

The only thing i am glad about is we dont have to send European sheeps over, though it could change if the americans decide to liberate the north korean people and not just bomb them.

The beginnings of the perfect sh1tstorm..... threatening to attack North Korea, firing missiles into Syria, dropping the mother of all bombs on Afghanistan. Trump is telling the whole world that there's a New Sheriff in town & he doesn't take any cr@p!!! But unless he calms down it's hard to see how things will not escalate, and could soon be calling on the UK for military support.

Trump's unpredictability is frightening and don't think he has been in office for 100 days yet ! And with Jong-un, I fear the sh1t is going to hit the fan big time.

Not sure Trump knows what is going on, in a TV interview with Fox News he made a gaffe and bragged about bombing the wrong country !

Trump - "We've launched 59 missiles heading to Iraq"

Woman Interviewer - "You mean Syria ?"

Trump - *short pause* "Yes, heading to Syria"

that was a bad blunder, not good....but could have been worse, he could have said China.

And to all the anti American posters here of which there are many I find it strange that none of you so much as raise a whimper when atrocities are committed by other countries. Russia, Syria , China etc

All other countries dont play nice guys when invading countries which is why i dont like the american way of warmongering. They'll destory countries and regions and tell you they did the people there a favor. Yes there have been good examples such as my own country but I find it disturbing that the americans get to decide who is good and who is bad. A good example of that is israel and Saudi Arabia. When Russia took Crimea back, they said bluntly they were taking their own territory back. When Iran makes nuclear bombs, it tells you what its making them for. When pakistan plays proxy war game in Afghanistan, it tells you it does that to avoid the war coming to their own country. I am yet to see a war in my own lifetime which affected the american existence directly.

The above is of course my opinion and its generated partly by the fact that there are 4 american bases within 70 mile radius of where i live in Germany and partly by the fact that i lived once in a war zone where the americans were busy preparing the world for the conflict there and calling the country a failed state when there was hardly a war there. I was fecking living there and saw the propaganda with my own eyes. And after what has happened in Iraq, pardon me for my lack of love for american aggression.

detraveller I do take on board some of your views having read Oliver Stones "The untold history of the United States" and while I'll be the first to admit they've not been saints I still choose to stand with them. Despite their flaws they have done more good than bad imo
