Wes, I'm not sure anyone actually believed it to be credible. Without wishing to sound boastful I was the first to point it out as a 'spoof' election poster, and that didn't take long either. Others quickly and duly agreed.
There was one tragic individual though who created a Politics Forum on the subject of that website, but thankfully the moderators quickly saw it for the petulant nonsense it was and deleted it. The thread ridiculously imagined that all manner of Fascists existed on the Politics Forum. Off up the mountain now for a walk in the sun. Doubtless will look in later. regards all |

It's strange EO that you choose to take umbrage at the "spitefulness" directed at Farage and UKIP. Has there not been spitefulness directed at Cameron and the Conservatives then? Or at Miliband and Labour? Or Sturgeon and the SNP? Or at Clegg and the Lib Dems? At the start of this campaign I was prepared to listen to Farage. I have been absolutely flabbergasted at just how one dimensional he has been. What's more I think you have been as well which is why you've resorted to this wild flailing out at any target you can try to blame for his failings. |

No one is trying to do that. You see that's the problem, immigration has been a taboo subject despite the blinding evidence that many major problems to our public services are caused by the kind of immigration we are seeing. The NHS. Education. Housing. Depressed wages. Jobs And don't come the one about the NHS depending on immigrants to run it, because we only import health staff because it's cheaper to pinch other countries workers than to train our own. We could soon start training our own people again if the ready supply of trained labour dried up. |

You would still need to import health workers Crippen. There is nowhere near enough UK workers to fill those positions. You need caring people for these roles regardless of which country the come from...but saying this it could be incorporated into the points system.

Trained nurses (British) are having to leave the UK because they cannot find a placement...hospitals are putting out forms for nurses just finished training for possible work in Australia and elsewhere...this is after the expense of training.

The pertinent point is why that for over half a century none of the incompetents in downing street have trained,resourced and targeted getting the indigenous people to do the jobs. If we are the sixth wealthiest nation in the world why do we have to parasite doctors and nurses etc from third world cuntries where they are probably needed more. Immigration is not the elephant in the room it is the short sighted planning of a shower of feckwits trying to get reelected in the short term with no foresight vision or ideas for the future.
